    The trainer will teach you with enthusiasm. He has a good personality. Stretching and massage after training are also very thorough. The gym is clean, has a good atmosphere, and I think it's a gym that women can easily go to. It's near the station so it's easy to get to. The prices are also reasonable.     I was looking for a place to experience boxing around Sannomiya and went there. Personal training is also available, so it's a great value for money and I'd like to go again. The trainer, Takemoto, was very kind and fun.

    Boxing is a lot of fun and makes you sweat a lot, and I think it's easy to keep going because you can go quickly and go home quickly, get plenty of movement, and get a massage! Above all, it's personal, so I'm grateful that I can talk to them about things like focusing on my strengths and weaknesses. 52kg → 48kg I lost weight happily even though I ate and drank as much as I wanted! I thought it would be difficult to gain muscle, but it's a strength to continue, and even just once a week seems to have great effects. I'm currently on hiatus due to pregnancy and childbirth, but I would love to go again.
