Thank you Freebell for making my first month in Japan really easy. I like the accommodating staff especially Nana-san ☺️🤗 and the rest of the team. Thank you for setting up almost everything from the process of reservation until check out time. Moreover, I like the location since it gave me easy access to Nagoya station and Kamejima station. It is also close to Noritake Garden and Toyota Commemorative Museum. Highly recommended. I like the room for the fact that it is already furnished with necessary appliances. And i like the gym. I will definitely consider this upon my return to Nagoya City.

I have stayed at Mansion Freebell three times in the past two years. The first thing that stands out in my mind is how reasonable the monthly rents are. The staff members are so friendly and helpful, and will do their best to help with any issue you may have (including support for business needs). The office is right there in the building, and help is always available. The location is perfect (a short walk from Nagoya Station - the main transportation hub in Nagoya). The complex is clean and quiet, and the apartments are equipped with most of what you need on a daily basis (including washers/dryers, fridge, gas cooking burners, kitchen utensils, etc.). I don't see why any visitor to Nagoya would stay anywhere else! I'll definitely be back!

Convenient for all subway, train and bullet train lines. Convenience stores and restaurants within a block. Clinics and medical practices also within 10 minutes. Staff is very friendly and professional. All speak English really well and can help with anything you need. Nice jogging and bike riding points to Meijo park, nagoya castle and Nakamura park. Rental car services are near as well. Niko Niko is 3 blocks away and has great 12 hour prices. Negatives are it’s a bit loud as it’s near the train lines. Doorways are low for tall people. That’s all.

Strongly recommend Freebell Apartments Nagoya. The friendliness and service of the staff is unbelievably good and they put a lot of thought into everything they do while also being very flexible with their tenants. I've lived in other countries including Korea and China and by far this has been my best experience in regards to long-term accommodation. Convenient location, on-site gym, on-boarding guide in English with info about living in Nagoya, English library, and birthday voucher also make this a great place to live!

Fantastic place to live, especially if you are an English speaker and don't speak much (if any) Japanese. Full English support, a lot of convenient services that you can use. They can send and receive letters/packages for you, provide internet access, a free library to use, a small gym, a multi-purpose room for meetings/events etc., and a lot more. No problem is too small. Changing a light bulb, fixing the A.C, drainage problems, they are very happy to help you with all and any problems. I've been living here for over a year, and will continue to do so, as long as I live and work in and around Nagoya. Only a 10 minute walk from the station, depending how fast you walk. Only two minor things that might be considered negatives. 1) Apartments can be a little old. Personally I don't mind and don't have any problems, but it might bother some people. 2) It's located near some train tracks. If your apartment faces them, then for some people, it might be a little annoying/irritating. I don't have problems sleeping through the slight noise. Otherwise, a perfect place to live for a foreigner in Japan. The rent is very reasonable, considering all of the services and extras you're getting access to. You'll be very happy here.

A very neat service apartment with all facilities you need. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment, which had a kitchen cum dining hall, TV space, toilet and bathroom. Kitchen had all kinds of utensils, gas stove, microwave oven, bread toaster etc. An Iron box, vacuum cleaner are also provided. Caretaker Ms. Nana is very helpful.

Pros: Amazing people working there Cons: Everything else. Small apartment, gets extremely cold in winter with poor heating system, bad noise isolation which makes nights uncomfortable especially because of the trains passing by, overall expensive for what it is.

Great price / quality ratio apartments, great location for travelling around Nippon and even greater staff to help with any needs. Arigatogozaimashita Mariko-san as well as her amazing team. I truly enjoyed my stay!
