This is apartment hotel CMM Kyoto Ekimae, you should live here, either for vacation or bussineses time. I choose here because as you can see my pictures, the room is so big, and very comfortable, near kyoto station if you travel from tokyo using shinkansen, and near lawson too.. the GRO hector is so friendly, oiya fyi only at kyoto you will pay for tax 400¥ / night. Okay another features are you'll get a smartphone in your room and you can use it anywhere travel around kyoto, its very usefull. And you can dial a number to make a call.. the smartphone is very nice too but dont you ever broke or loss it, or you will charge 50.000¥. overall CMM Kyoto Ekimae is the best apartment hotel.. #mattheusr

Good size room for two people in central location. Got cooking utensils and plates and cutlery if you want to cook for yourself. Has washing machine as well.

This spot was pretty good location 5 minute walk from all your needs, kyoto station/shopping/ alot of resturaunts. The rooms a bit more spacious than some places, still a small though. It has a washing machine, they provide the detergent, that was very useful. Worth the price range of $125 CAD.

Great location. Just a stone's throw away from JR and subway stations. It's spacious for a Japanese hotel/apartment. There's a washing machine but no dryer. I didn't like that the toilet smelled like airplane toilet and the kitchenette stinks so everytime I pass it I have to hold my breath.

Spent here a few days and it has been a great decision. It's next to Kyoto station, so close to JR if you come from other city, close to the JR metro line if you want to use your JR pass, and also super close to bus and metro stops. There's a lot of convenience stores near, bars, restaurants... again, location is great. On the other hand, the apartments are great. Spacious enough and with all the services you may need (there's even a washing machine in the room!). The people who work at the office are just amazing. They were so nice, they even helped us send our luggage to our next hotel in Tokyo. Definitely, this place is probably one of the best options for travelers in Kyoto.

Refused to return our money for the booking, despite the fact that we pleaded as we were unable to physically get there due to the Typhoon Hagibis as we were completely stranded. Very, very disappointing way to treat somebody that was looking forward to a beautiful holiday.

This is a beautiful, clean apartment building, with a fast elevator, conveniently located downtown close to Kyoto station. I am on the 9th floor, and it is very quiet for downtown apartment. The heating and cooling system works wonderfully, I found it very spacious for a Japanese apartment. The management was very responsive when I reported the stove top not working, (it was actually a user error). There is a combination washer dryer, and a place to hang clothes. It is very space efficient. For example, the coffee table slides up under the television table so that you can have some open space when needed. It has a nice Japanese style shower / bath with plenty of extremely hot water, and a modern Japanese toilet in a separate room. The stove top hits very quickly, there is a relatively large refrigerator, a microwave, and a rice maker. A pot, a pan, a dish and utensil set for one were included. Bedding and a towel were also included.

Convenient place just near Kyoto Station, a few min walk. Bus stop nearby to many places especially the shopping and restaurant belt near Gion ( Bus 205,14,7). Wonderful little apt good for two pax max with essentials
