I had the most amazing headspa experience with NONREM Headspa! I have difficulty sleeping and very stiff shoulders after landing in Japan and the 60 min course dry headspa was wonderful! Please only come 5 min before your appointment and you get consultation with water, communication is no problem with English survey! Then the magic started for 60 minutes and the dry headspa really helped me feel more relaxed and less tense! I feel that I can sleep very well tonight! After the course you will get hot tea! Thank you so much NONREM Headspa, I will come again when I visit Japan! ❤️

What an amazing massage experience! I fell asleep easily during the 90 minutes of pure bliss…. the pressure and technique was incredible and I have never felt more relaxed. So cute so tender what a lovely experience I even got lunch recs after!

This was a very relaxing experience. When you first arrive, you are offered water and a consultation. You then receive the treatment in a large comfortable chair. I had the 90 minute course, and I fell into a meditative state. There are optional add-ons like a warm eye mask. Recommended. If you don’t speak Japanese, it is okay.

It is my last day in Japan and I wanted to somehow relax my head, neck and shoulders before the plane ride back. I tend to have a lot of back and neck pain including migraines which I see a massage therapist for regularly. I had trouble making a reservation online due to the name registration requiring the name written in katakana. I came in person from the time I knew they were open and asked. I noticed from their office they also take reservations via Instagram and line. I will try that next time. 90 head spa was great!!! I highly recommend as it eased my pains. He provided really good pressure massage. Note the online reservation will give you a discount on the services. If you walk in there is no discount just to note. I will be coming back again!!!

Ended my trip with an amazing massage to a perfect stay in Tokyo. I never slept during a massage but this time, I was actually snoring! My therapist was Haruka, she was great and she just knew what she was doing. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a dry head massage (they dont use oil or water so if you're looking for that, then it's not for you).
