Live at Shinjuku frontier Tower room 502 for 40 days. Almost everything is great and customer service is definitely on point and really helpful. One thing that could be improved is that there could be a little bit more amenities and everyday supplies (garbage bag and so on). I do understand we eventually need to prepare it for ourselves but for people who gonna stay for more than a month and was only provided 10 garbage bags lasting for only like 5 days, it just felt kind of short. But overall really good service and location!

I stayed in duplex m unit 314 for 1 month. The location was 10/10 in roppongi. Overall it was a great experience. The unit was nice and clean. Response time from customer service is fast and pleasant. I could hear the neighbors upstairs quite a bit. I had an issue with the hot water that was resolved within 1 day. It would have been nice to have a full size fridge and washing machine, but that's a small point. House cleaning wasn't really that great, not bad, but not great. Overall a 4.5 star experience.

My apartment rental experience with Metro Residence in Tokyo was excellent and is the best decision I made for my stay in Japan. Wonderful checkin experience thanks to the very clear instructions. Overall requests were met with fast timing. The staff showed efficiency, prompt service and excellent professionalism. My safety deposit was refunded within a very acceptable period. Definitely recommending them if you are looking for a short or long term stay.

Best company for renting for more than 1 month, cheaper price than AirBnb, customer service in English and prompt assistance for anything you need. I stayed in your apartment in Otsuka, close to everything and lots of options for good food. I recommend it 👍🏻

I stayed in room 605 in Royjent Parks Yotsuya for 50 days. Very smooth experience, was able to add additional card keys and extend my stay without issue.

The apartment-hunting and stay were both fantastic experiences. We stayed at the Shinagawa Somerset in Room 503 for one month in August 2023. The MetroResidences team went out of their way to help us adjust restaurant reservations, find lost package shipments, and accommodate any challenges we had during the trip. Stayed at Myogadani, unit is clean and all equipments functioning well. Location is pretty good and there are amenities at nearby station. Overall the stay experience is good, I plan to use metro residences service for future rental.

I stayed at Shibuya portal apartment and art point 805 for about 90 days 8/2023-11/2023. It was a great place to stay — nicely located and well furnished. The staff responded promptly if I had any issues.

I stayed in Myogadani under MetroResidence Japan, and had a wonderful experience. The room was brand new; we were literally the first residents moving in. I stayed at room 301 for one and a half month, but there was no troubling noise nor anything I can remember that troubled me. The fact that they even provided us with beddings and kitchen appliances helped a lot. The neighborhood was super nice with a local gelato store, convenience store in walking distance, a lot of traditional Japanese restaurants and most importantly, a botanical garden. We had so much fun, and wish to live around again.

Very good experience in living in Japan Est Largo Komazawa II. I am living in 105 Room and it provides me a very good living experience. Rooms are clean and quiet. I stayed there from OCT 24-Nov 13

I stayed for a month in Prima Class Hatsudai Room 205. The apartment was much bigger than expected and it's location was great (pretty close to metro and shinjuku/Shibuya). The room was clean and well furnished. I could cook and wash my clothes without needing to buy extra stuff which was a relief. If I come back for a long stay in Tokyo I would most likely use Metro residence services again.

If you are a foreigner staying in Japan for few weeks or months, I highly recommend MetroResidence. I stayed in Portal Apartment and Art Point in Shibuya for 2 months (mig August to mid October, 2023). First in 806 room, then in 806. Highly recommended 806 room which has a nice view. If you are able to sleep with trains by your window, 803 would also suit you. The process to rent the apartment and the communication with MR team was easy. They accept Wise too. They bring value for foreigners who do now have Japanese bank, job in Japan or mid term visa.

I stayed at the GROWTH BY IOQ building located in Minato during the summer of 2023. The apartment was well designed and in a convenient location near Tokyo Tower. The staff of MetroResidences were professional and responsive. I was particularly impressed with their efficient handling of the deposit refund process post-checkout, which was swift and hassle-free.

We stayed as a family in the Garden Terrace Ginza East #701 for 33 days this passed November and the apartment was perfect for us. It looked exactly like the pictures provided in the website. The MetroResidences team was responsive, quick and understanding, the communication with them was really easy. Next time in Japan for a long period, I will for sure use their service again, I can only recommend them!

I stayed in MetroResidence Myogadani unit 401 for one month. The place was very new and clean. The bathroom sink was very small and easy to splash water, but otherwise, there were no significant issues. The location is great, located about 10 minutes away from Myogadani station and a two minute walk from Co-op grocery store. It was a great place to stay!

I lived in Axas Shinagawa, room# 602 for 40 days. It is a lovely apartment with all the facilities. Cleaning services are on Monday and are really good. It is located in a prime location of Tokyo. Shinagawa metro station is very near to this. View from balcony is very beautiful. I loved this residence place.

I stayed at the Axas Shinagawa unit 802 for a month in January 2024. The building is located on a very quiet, neighborhood area with plenty of amenities close by. Adjacent to a grocery store and many Mom and Pop establishments along the street. I was quite pleasantly surprised and felt very comfortable. Local Train station (KitaShinagawa) only a few minutes walk away and access to Shinagawa Station a major transportation hub that will get you everywhere within Tokyo as well as Shinkansen access to just about all of Japan. The Unit small but comfortable and clean. My unit had a sofa bed as well as a small double bed. More storage area than most small apartments in Japan. The Staff at Metro were very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend them to find you something. In fact they have been helpful to me to find a long term apartment here in Tokyo. I'm really lucky and grateful for all of there help.
