The staff is very friendly and I appreciate being able to take a bath and sauna after exercising. However, I have the impression that the management has become more and more sluggish since the coronavirus pandemic. Even if the studio reservation system is unavoidable, I think it would be a good idea to make the second studio all live streaming or paid classes. Also, there are many members who are troublesome to interact with. In particular, Les Mills lessons are a battle for space that is unbearable to watch. There are many problems in places you can't see. There is a lot of backbiting between members.

Used to go many years ago. Very nice pool and the staff was very pleasant. Price is expensive, but that’s not related to this one location specifically but all Konami gyms.

Lessons are held during most of the business hours, and there are only two courses where you can swim both ways. Depending on the content of the lesson, it seems that 3 or 4 courses will be used, so the amount will be even less. There is a division into fast and slow courses, but it is completely up to the user's discretion. If there's even one person on the course having side meetings or not being able to read the pace of others, you won't be able to swim. I tried to cancel on the first day because it was too much, but since I joined as part of a campaign, I was told that I can't cancel until the end of May. I asked them to cancel my contract since I would be paying a considerable amount of money, but they refused, saying it was not possible due to the system. If you tell them that it would be troublesome to wait until the month you can cancel to complete the procedure, they will do it for you. That's kind of you. It costs about 15,000 yen to cancel your membership and change to the cheapest course in the shortest possible time. The staff is very responsive and the facility is very clean, so I think it would be a good place to take lessons such as water walking. But I can't swim normally. If I had known that from the beginning, I wouldn't have had to waste my time.

The conclusion is that I felt distrustful of the reception staff at the reception desk. The other day, when I was walking to go shopping, I found a small pouch lying around a funeral parlor. I was reluctant to touch something belonging to someone I didn't know in this day and age, but judging by the pattern on the pouch, it seemed like it belonged to an elderly person, so I thought it must be something important...I checked the contents, and found a Konami Sports... There was also something that looked like a membership card and a key inside (I didn't check the details since it belonged to someone else), so at first I thought I'd take it to the police station, but I'm not familiar with Fukuoka so much. I won't know unless I look into it. Then I got an idea and searched for this store, and it said it was about a 10 minute walk, so I would pass the supermarket I was going to, but thinking about those in need, it would be best for the owner to deliver it here. I thought it would arrive quickly, so I went ahead and delivered it. There is one male staff member at the reception. I was working with a member to purchase some kind of clothing, and they didn't have my size. They seemed to be aware of my presence, but they left me alone for 3-4 minutes without speaking to me. When the member finally finished responding, he turned to me and asked, "What did you do?" and. So I explained that I had picked up a pouch containing this membership card on the street and had come to deliver it, and handed it over. Ah, I see, thank you very much. Without even checking the contents of the pouch, I placed it on the reception desk and was quickly transferred to another member. Isn't there a staff member at Konami Sports who can tell you when and where you picked it up, check what's inside, and say thank you more politely? ? I went out of my way to deliver it. I regretted even reaching out to them due to the overly simple response, and although I had been considering going to the gym with my family shortly after moving, I decided that I definitely didn't want to join here. As a side note, when I got on the elevator, I saw a man pushing a stroller coming towards me, so I pressed open for a while and waited, but he got in gently without rushing and didn't say thank you. . When I was coming down, I asked him to go ahead, but he didn't ask me to come first, and he just looked at me as if it was normal. . It was a gym that made me question the common sense of people who go to the gym.

I went there because the beauty salon I used to go to had moved. It was a weekday, so the parking lot wasn't crowded, which was nice. When using the nearby Times, I think it can also be used as a coin parking.

I visited 5 gyms in the Chihaya area, but this one was my favorite so I've been going there for several months. The bathrooms are clean compared to others, and the staff is very friendly. Above all, I would like to recommend this studio compared to others: 1) It is quite easy to make reservations for the studio on the same day (because the rooms are spacious), and 2) the instructors' instructions are accurate and of a high standard. ③ We are taking the most thorough measures to prevent infection (e.g. providing disinfectant at each location and machine) When I took lessons at other gyms, I felt unsatisfied, I didn't make much progress, and my muscles hurt... Konami's instructors are truly amazing as they happily teach you the monthly menu set to music without getting boring. I'm glad that Konami was my first experience with yoga. Since I was able to easily measure my body composition in detail with a body composition monitor, I was able to easily notice changes and quickly see the results of my exercise. The disadvantages are that there is no hot yoga, there are people who love to talk (you can find them at almost every gym), and the latest gym machines may not be enough for those who like them. I think it's good for people who only need to be able to watch TV and measure calorie consumption.

Since joining in January 2022, I have been going almost every day except for regular holidays. I've only compared a few nearby locations in the same industry, but they have the most complete facilities and the customer service staff and instructors are excellent. The membership fee until November was 12,100 yen, and I thought it was worth it, but for some reason the price was reduced to 9,900 yen from December, despite the current situation. Of course, it's a big help, so I feel like I can't really complain anymore. If you're looking for a cheaper option, there's also a facility run by Koga City, which is much closer to my home, but when I went to see it, I realized that Konami's facility is better, even though it's 3,500 yen more expensive, but has a warmer feel.

From July to late September (apparently due to be repaired) the air conditioner in the men's locker is broken and it gets too hot.

It's going smoothly. Many of them are elderly. The temperature of the bath is high. There is a children's swimming school in the pool until 7pm on weekdays and 5pm on holidays, and gym members can only use two courses. So I go either after that or before school starts.

    ゴルフレッスンに入会したが全く教えてくれない!! 教えて欲しいというと言い訳ばかりして結局教えない! 他のところのレッスンに変えたいと思います。
