    I am allowed to use it once a month! Not only the equipment, but also the training space is spacious and clean, making it popular with customers. It's also great that there is a restaurant on the first floor where you can eat grass-fed beef, just a 10-second walk from the bus stop! It is the most recommended body makeup gym in Fukuoka City as it has many trainers who are good at body makeup ^_^

    Over the course of 2 months, I significantly reduced both my weight and body fat! Of course, the numerical results were great, but for me personally, the knowledge he taught me about diet, home workouts, how to move my body, etc. was a huge asset.     I attended body makeup as a monitor for 2 months. It's a nice place with a clean room, good ventilation, and lots of greenery. There are no unreasonable dietary restrictions, you can have fun training by presenting a menu that suits you, and you can also improve your posture, so it is recommended for those who are just starting to shape their body.

    We started in pairs to get into the habit of exercising. It was tough at first because I hadn't exercised in a long time, but I was able to keep up with it because I was able to adjust my intensity. I felt like I was getting better at doing it myself the more times I did it, and it was a lot of fun. thank you very much.

    I had a hard time losing weight after giving birth and wanted to train, but I had a child and was worried that it would be difficult to leave her there. It's a private room, so I can bring my son along for training, and the trainers take great care of my son, making him happy every time. The dietary guidance has made a huge difference for me, and it is something that I will be able to maintain in the future, and my family is becoming healthier.     I used it for personal training for two months. I had my posture corrected and my appearance has changed tremendously! He also taught me a lot of stretches and muscle training that I could do at home. All the trainers were very kind and knowledgeable, which made me feel at ease. It's a gym you'll want to go to all the time.

    I trained with trainer Yamada. We have created a menu that uses your muscles without wasting your time. I think it's perfect for body shaping because I was taught how to move based on an understanding of muscle movement.
