I went for my first corona vaccination. There was a dedicated entrance for vaccinations, and I waited outside in the shade for about 10 minutes, but the vaccination was completed smoothly. On my way back, I passed through a normal hospital building and headed for the exit, but the waiting room inside the hospital was very small, and patients were sitting on benches with no gaps between them. That's surprising. The hospital I go to has gaps in every other hospital. I thought it was normal. In the midst of the coronavirus pandemic, I am concerned about whether hospitals that cannot maintain social distancing will be safe. If it's just vaccination, I'd give it a ★5... Going to the hospital...I'm sorry, but it's impossible. I hope they fix it before it becomes a cluster. There were no seats available for the second and third doses, so I was able to get vaccinated smoothly without any waiting time. The waiting room in the hospital was usually empty. I went for my 4th vaccination. The reception was held in a space of about 6 tatami mats, and there were a total of 14 people waiting, including 2 staff members and 12 vaccine recipients. I think I put in too much... I got my 6th vaccination. (September 2023) These days, you can get vaccinated without waiting. Is now the time to aim...(^_^;)

Added 2024/01/13 Doctor's examination day is the worst Large crowds of elderly people who like authority Waiting for 3 hours is normal, so expect it to be a full day. Is the electrocardiogram crowded? Is it true that you wait an hour and your turn doesn't come? That's about it. Do I have to make money from the fact that there is a department that has nothing to do with hearts? This congestion is a problem. I would like to see it improve, but I don't think it will. Added 2022/02/16 Reception congestion as usual...🤔 It's a shame that he doesn't want to improve even after 2 years, or he doesn't understand! So I changed the star to 1. I wonder if the reception desk could be separated for walk-in examinations and scheduled examinations... Even if you go 10 minutes before your reservation time, you will have to wait 30 minutes at the reception. We have started to offer dermatology services and are increasing the number of things we do, but the hospital is starting to deviate from what it should be and is becoming a disappointing hospital. I want to be transferred to another hospital. Added 2020/12/08 Due to recent coronavirus countermeasures, reception is a hassle, but this is always a problem. First thing in the morning, the reception desk is crowded and everyone is annoyed. They are bad at controlling the flow of people. On the other hand, if there aren't many people, you won't be called even if you wait in the reception queue (lol) Or rather, they don't come to check on me, and I don't care. So, if there is no one waiting in line, I recommend going to the reception desk first. If you wait foolishly, you will not be able to accept the application forever 🤔 There is no one to control the reception, so the staff members are all disorganized. Added 2018/03/10 It's been crowded lately. Even if you make a reservation, your consultation will not start at that time. Therefore, it is best not to have any other plans on the day of your appointment. We also don't know when you will be seen without a reservation, so please allow plenty of time. --------- Regarding the heart, the explanation is thorough. When I went there, it was around 11 o'clock on a Saturday, and it was empty. After all, there are pros and cons, so choose your doctor carefully!

My parents have been seeing the president of Kuki Hospital since before it opened. For the past few years, she seems to have been very busy, so a secretary-like person has been doing all the questioning, and the doctor has only looked at her medical records and test results. Patients are rarely seen. The attitude of conveying the test results in a slow manner and trying to finish things quickly. There is no time for me to ask questions. I had made an appointment before, but the director was not available, so I had to see a different doctor. He asked me if there was any change, and I finally told him that I had been feeling unwell since the medication was changed. The doctor weakened the medication and I felt better, but at my next appointment, the director examined me and the medication had returned. I was in good shape, so I wonder why. So I'm not feeling well again. The doctor and pharmacist at the hospital I was visiting for a different illness also asked me if I was okay with the medication and if I wasn't feeling well. I'm worried that the prescription for the medicine is so strange. But when I consulted Shirasaki Clinic about it, they couldn't do anything about it, so I gave up. There is no point in asking for advice as it will only make you irritated. He used to be a really good doctor. I feel nothing but anxiety now. It doesn't have to be every time, but I would like to have a chance to ask a question once in a while, ``Are you feeling the same?'' Previously, I had planned to stay under the care of the director for the rest of my life, but since it is a heart condition and it is life-threatening, I am thinking of changing hospitals. I'm really disappointed because I trusted him 100%.

My mother took care of me here. I had two stents placed for angina pectoris. Tests showed that the blood vessels in my legs were also narrowed, so a balloon was used to widen them, but three months later, my toes became necrotic and I had to have them amputated at another hospital. It's at a level where you can sue.

I went to get vaccinated. So, if you ask at the vaccination reception desk to get antipyretic medicine, they will probably give it to you at your own expense. I was told. On the other hand, isn't there any precedent? I had doubts. There was a lack of communication between the people at the reception, so why did this person give me a questionnaire for the first consultation? It made me uncomfortable to see that look on my face. Also, all I have to do is get antipyretic medicine, but there is no sign that I will be called for more than an hour later. I'm thinking of giving up and buying over-the-counter medicine.

If you are going to the hospital, just call and we will give you a PCR test. Reservation required I was made to wait without any explanation, then tested and then made to wait again. It is not explained how soon results will be obtained. just wait It takes about 2 to 3 hours for a positive test, and nearly 2 hours for a negative test. It takes approximately 1 hour from the test to the results. Results can be communicated over the phone If the test result is positive, you will be given a paper with the test results and instructions on how to register, but it took about two hours to receive the results. About an hour later, I called to see if it was still there, and was told they would be on their way, so I had to wait another hour. I was told that it took a long time because there were many people waiting for the test, but compared to usual, the cars were relatively empty and there were about 3 cars waiting for the PCR test, including mine.

I feel sorry for the results of my parents' treatment. I don't know if it's a coincidence or my ability, but I won't have another visit.

This is my son's account, but my mother is writing the review. (Patient) Dr. Shirasaki seems to be very busy, but I would like to thank him for taking the time out of his busy schedule. The hospital is always clean.

After experiencing cold symptoms, I experienced chest pain and was worried, so I went to see a doctor. I had to wait a while because I had no appointment, but the male doctor who treated me after the test was very thorough and gave me explanations that put me at ease, which helped me mentally. However, I think it can't be helped given the current situation, but you will have to wait outside for the coronavirus test before checking in, so it may be difficult during the cold season.
