The interior of the establishment is spacious, and through the open kitchen, you can observe the master chef's dedicated cooking process. The deep-fried salmon is incredibly delicious. Made with salmon sourced from Yufuin, the flesh is tender with distinct texture, perfectly complemented by the creamy mayonnaise sauce, making it irresistible. The mentaiko cream spaghetti, paired with seaweed and perilla leaves, is refreshing and not heavy. Finally, ending with a rich and smooth caramel pudding, it concludes as a truly heartwarming meal.

I ordered the salmon pasta and I loved it! The size and quality was SO GOOD. My husband ordered the salmon steak and cheese nachos and he really liked it! I love that this place is open until later than most restaurants around. The price was really good. For the pasta salmon it was $1,600.

Next level salmon. The Salmon-don and salmon-katsu were absolutely amazing. Also the bruschetta. There are a few non-salmon options but it would be foolish to pass up salmon this good if you’re in the area.

Ate twice. Got the salmon Don for first one and the rose pasta for second. Both are great but seems that the pasta does not have additional soup
