Joined the factory tour, very impressed with their production processes and hospitality!

Anyone who calls themselves a guitarist should make an effort to visit this guitar manufacturing site. It's so awesome.

The Holy Grail of acoustic guitar building looks like an old car repair shop from its streetside. One may easily ignore it - but that would be a huge mistake ... What a treasure, to have a chance to walk in the footsteps of Yairi-san for an afternoon. To still feel his spirit in the manufactury, with the great people taking good care of his heritage ... Special thanks to Ms. Oya san who was so very kind and patient with the foreign guest.

2023年11月12日(土)工場見学をさせていただきました。楽器製造の大勢が海外に移転してしまった世の中ですが、ヤイリさんはずっと日本、岐阜、可児での製造を続けられています。日本の誇りです。若い職人さんも明るく勤務されていて素晴らしいです。私が40年使い続けているYW-1000をこれからも大切にしたいと思いました。

Thank you (arigato) for making such beautiful guitars. My Kazuo Yairi cedar-top classical guitar has provided me with nearly 40 years of enjoyment. It will outlast me, and that seems very fitting .... It is a work of art. (Itsumo osewani natte orimasu.) 👏

工場見学に参加し、製造工程を見せていただきました。いわゆる近代的設備ではありませんが、ギター職人の熱意はすごく伝わってきました。見学後にセレクトオーダー(レギュラー機種のカラー、部材を変更)相談をお願いし、大まかな金額を提示いただいたので後日正式見積提示の後に注文する気持ちが固まりました。バックオーダーがかなりあるようで、６か月待ちとのことです。

工場を見学させていただきました。説明も分かりやすく、物に触れ、職人さんと話ができ、生演奏にお土産と、無料なのが申し訳ないくらいでした。思わずギターを一本衝動買いしそうになりました。幸せなひとときで、また行きたいと思っています。

昨年よりオーダーさせていただいたマイ・ギターが完成したので受取におじゃましました。マスタークラフトマンの健さんにセンスにお任せしてお陰様で理想のステキなギターを作って頂けて感激です🍀健さんも素晴らしい御仁で優しくてTheギター職人の魂を感じました💐一生物のギター大切にしていきます👍ヤイリギターの皆様もみな良い人達で必ずまたおじゃましたくなる居心地の良い場所です(*^_^*)
