Me and my wife booked a scalp cleanse treatment course here. The salon was clean and the staff were very friendly. They did not speak English but used google translate to walk us thru the process and procedures. My treatment started with some green team and a warm towelette, then we proceeded to use a microscope to analyze my scalp and it’s deficiencies. After this they washed and steamed my hair/scalp, then I got the best head/shoulder massage. After the treatment they showed the improvement via the microscope again Would highly recommend for a relaxing hair treatment service!

I wasnt satisfied like all the people in the comments. Maybe I had higher expectations. But the massage was too strong even if I tried to communicate to be gentler and I choose a regular level. I didn't relax much, on the other hand the scalp was cleaned a lot and the service is OK except for the fact that the staff doesn't speak English at all and you have to communicate via Google translate for all the treatment. Felt sad going out of the treatment with my head and my neck in pain after the massages.

Absolutely wonderful experience. My wife and I both came here based on her research and so glad we did. The staff are extremely welcoming, and the entire process was fantastic. They translate everything using Google translate, and I didn't feel like I lost important information. We feel super rejuvenated, and they even give you tips on maintaining a healthy scalp after the session. We plan to make this a regular stop everytime we are in Tokyo!

The staff are very accommodating of tourists and have printed information sheets with English on them. However, understanding some Japanese would help immensely for the explanations and expressing your preferences (temperature, strength, etc). I was very relaxed and almost fell asleep multiple times during the head massage. My hair also feels very soft after the treatment.

My fiancé and I both received the scalp cleansing course. It was so relaxing and the process was very thorough. My scalp feels extremely clean and we loved the tea before and after the treatment. Would definitely recommend trying out this head spa!

Amazing sessions 2 times I came! I heard a lot about hair loss being connected to the scalp not being cleaned. I got my hair treatment in Korea but didn’t feel like it was as good as here. The products are not harsh and the service is top notch. Used their test product set and felt in love. My scalp was not itchy and lasted for month. Will be back! Thank you so much yumiko san!

This was my first scalp massage, and it was an incredible experience. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable. They show you your scalp before and after the treatment and explain what you are seeing. They tell you what they do to your hair, and how to improve your care at home. As for the treatment itself, it was incredibly relaxing and the staff is super kind. I highly recommend this head spa

This hair spa was such a good experience. They were very knowledgable about scalp health and were able to communicate with me what I should do to improve it going forward. I thoroughly enjoyed it. It was so relaxing, I fell asleep. The scalp serums that were used were very light and relaxing as well

Had service today just now with Watanuki it was wonderful. Sometimes my position in my chair was off however she always asked and then repositioned me when needed. My favorite was steaming and massage. Once or twice it was a little hard pulling in my hair a bit but once I explained she adjusted and it was magic. The only suggestion is when your neighbor in next room is done they should remind them to use their inside voice since others may still be in treatment. I did really enjoy this service my scalp looked and felt better and I would come back again!

Had an amazing experience. Very relaxing for my partner and I as well as being taught about our scalp/hair concerns. Massage strength was done perfectly to our preferences. We were well taken care of. It started by being served with tea, great communication through Google translate to explain our scalp diagnosis in English to us and ended with tea of our preference and even got small gift packs afterwards. Would definitely recommend. Website was easy to make bookings and location was right next to the train.

I made an appointment for a scalp cleansing spa for me and my boyfriend on our holiday in Tokyo. The place only can do two people at one time but the girls were very attentive and we had no problems communicating via google translate. They showed us our scalp on a Microscope and explained to us what causes symptoms such as dandruff or oil build up. Then we had the head spa which was so relaxing we both fell asleep. They also gave us a neck and shoulder massage and roughly dried our hair. We just had to finish drying it and styling ourselves but they provided the necessary tools such as hairdryer, hair straightener etc. Overall a great experience and would recommend anyone to go get it out!

This was amazing!! I was greeted with hot tea and a kind hair specialist who took the time make sure I had a relaxing experience. She patiently explained the process and scalp analysis to me, along with her recommendations. The process itself is so relaxing I fell asleep for part of it. My scalp and hair feel clean and soft! Yumiko is fantastic and I definitely recommend this.
