先日記念の金のリングを査定して頂きました。近隣店舗ではしっかり金として評価して頂いのですがこちらではメッキ品と言われました。納得いかなかったので持ち帰り他店舗で金として買い取って頂きました。どのような査定で金じゃないと判断されたのか分かりませんが二度と行きません。

I visited the store for the first time and asked for a purchase appraisal of accessories. I was very happy with the purchase and paid more than I expected. The appraisal was also explained face-to-face.

12/22 I came back to the store that I always visit. I would appreciate it if you could buy it before Christmas. They always help me with pleasant transactions. The manager and staff are both friendly and nice.

It's the worst. I brought in a branded watch, but was told that it could not be appraised due to company regulations. I don't understand. This is a suspicious store as they handle the food with their bare hands.
