I applied for cancellation on the day I moved in. The room is too dirty. I rented a studio, but the curtains were sticky, the top of the toilet bowl was stained with feces, and the walls were covered in dust. If you wipe the floor a little, the rag will turn bright yellow, and the corners of the room will be covered in dust so much that you can tell even without wiping. The built-in sofa was designed to recline, but when I knocked it down, there was a large pile of trash in the gap between the seats. Since I paid nearly 15,000 yen for the cleaning fee, I can only feel distrustful of the company's attitude in renting out this room, where even an amateur can feel the traces of the previous occupant. I didn't feel comfortable being in a room like this, so I ended up staying at a friend's house. I'm not a clean freak, and since I rent monthly, I was prepared for some deterioration over time. But this is terrible. Even when introducing a property before signing a contract, the price listed is the minimum price, and there are often additional charges. Naturally, the photos of the room on the introduction page and the actual room are different, as if a dirty filter had been applied. Since I don't have anywhere else to live, I will clean and do my own laundry before moving in, but once I have found a new room, I will move out as soon as possible. I will never use it again, and if someone I know tries to use it, I will do my best to stop them.

    東京への長期出張の際にお世話になっています。法人での借り上げ契約にも対応いただけ、大変助かりました。マンスリー契約の場合、ここで鍵の受け取りが可能です。鍵の返却は送料着払い宅急便で可能です。

Inquiries regarding the room and the contract went smoothly. In particular, the person in charge of the room I rented was very courteous and I was able to resolve any concerns or concerns I had. However, there are a few things that I noticed after moving in, so I decided to post them here. First, the bathroom smelled like cigarettes. Every day, when you open the front door or close the door and go about your daily life, the smell of cigarettes wafts through the air. However, even if you turn on the ventilation fan or use deodorizing spray in the bathroom, the smell of cigarettes will not go away. Therefore, I try not to use the bathroom as much as possible. When I inquired about other matters, I discussed this matter and was told that if it really bothered me, they could send me deodorant. In the end, I bought a spray-type deodorant and a stand-alone deodorant to deodorize myself every day. Although smoking is prohibited in the common areas of the property, there was a sign saying that smoking was allowed in the rooms, so it does not seem to be a non-smoking property. Therefore, I thought it might be harsh for people who don't smoke or don't like the smell of cigarettes. I would like them to provide accurate information about non-smoking and smoking in the property information section, as well as if there are any parts of the room that smell like cigarettes. I think there are some people who feel sick just from the smell of cigarettes, so I would appreciate it if you could understand that. Regarding cleaning. There was hair from the previous tenant, fine white trash, and mysterious black scum lying on the floor. The ultimate? There was some tea left in the electric kettle that had probably been boiled by the previous tenant. I threw away the contents, but ended up not using them. I thought it would be better to outsource the cleaning to a professional or other outside cleaning company. Or, I thought that some kind of improvement was needed, such as receiving training from a cleaning company. Since you pay a cleaning fee at the time of signing the contract, I would like you to carefully check the condition of the equipment and room. 3. I had a problem after moving in, so I called the nighttime customer service, but the response was not very good. Although they spoke politely, they said things like ``They are out of business hours'' and ``We cannot respond right away.'' It's true that I made the call in the evening rather than during the day, but I think it would be nice if they were a little closer to each other. That's what I thought. The person in charge of the room who contacted me later was very polite and had a soft demeanor, so it was easy to talk to him and it was helpful. Responses may vary slightly depending on the person answering the phone. In addition to the key, an amenity set was also included when receiving the key. I was grateful, but since I had to pick it up at a business location other than my home, it was bulky even though it was a small cardboard box. Therefore, it would be better if the amenity set is placed on the table or other place in the room after cleaning. I was hoping that only the keys would be delivered in compact packaging. I would appreciate it if you could use this as a reference as an opinion. This is a long post, but I hope that my own experience will be of some help to those who are considering it.

I wouldn't recommend these appartments in winter. We stayed at two in january and february and one was just so cold. And no, the aircondition didn't really help. In general it seems pretty much like a huge ripoff. So expensive and nothing really is included. You have to pay extra for dishes. Never again thanks for nothing. EDIT: I changed my rating from 1 to 3 stars, since the 2nd appartement i stayed at was pretty nice to be honest. It was warm and spacious. Eventhough the first one was unacceptable: if you think about staying at a Appartement near 京成立石 just don't, it was a nightmare.

This was my first time using a monthly apartment. I was satisfied with the smooth move-in, as the contract was completed through online communication, but I was disappointed with the way they treated me when I moved out. The only information on the homepage is that there are no refunds if you leave the room within a month. I thought I would be able to get a refund if I notified them of my intention to move out a month in advance, but I was told that there would be a penalty fee, so the difference would be 0 yen and there would be no refund. I lost 20 days' worth of expenses. It was written in the contract in a way that was difficult to understand, but it seems that there will be a one-month penalty fee. We recommend that you carefully check the terms and conditions when signing a contract.

I spent 3 months looking for housing in Tokyo, and was met with many companies that are difficult to work with, or ask for unreasonable requirements at a late stage in the process (For example, an emergency contact that lives in Japan, even if the website is marketed towards foreigners.). Union Monthly is not one of those companies. I was afraid at first to contact Union Monthly as they only speak Japanese, but the service they provided was very good. They respond quickly, and have no problems working with foreigners from anywhere. I am very happy with the service they provided and if I were to live in Tokyo for a long time again, I would definitely use their services once more. Highly recommend.

The contract itself is smart and good. As a parent, I'd like to see the inside, but I'm disappointed that I can't. Although the price is reasonable, we cannot hide our surprise in this age when all contracts can be completed online.

Regarding the update, I listened to the details of the situation (especially from the sales staff) and received very thorough advice. The response was quick and very helpful. I'm glad I chose the monthly apartment. thank you very much. For my renew issue, specially sales dept. helped on my current issue and provided such a great advice to solve it. Also thier revert was so rapid. Union Monthly was my proper choice and deeply appreciated thier service.

I am an Americana who decided to stay in the Tokyo area well going to school in Japan. The staff at Union monthly have been extremally helpful, patient, and responsive. when looking for a short term home I was able to give the staff details of what I needed and they were able to provide it no problem. (Do note everything had to be done in Japanese, I do not believe they have the staff to assist in English.) I have signed to contracts with them and if I continue to be able to stay in Japan will likely use the service again!

I appreciate your kindness at this time. Thank you for your prompt response, even though the application was submitted just before the move-in date. The room is comfortable and satisfying. We look forward to working with you again in the future.

We asked five companies to introduce properties to us via the web with the same content. Union Monthly was the quickest to respond, and the email included many links to properties they were introducing and even included estimates for each. The sense of speed is completely different from other companies, so it was very helpful for me who wanted to decide on a place to stay in a hurry. If you are feeling stressed about having to wait several days for the communication to begin, it is better to contact Union Monthly.
