If
you
are
traveling
and
need
dental
work
COME
HERE!
Was
in
Tokyo
with
a
group
of
friends,
and
while
at
lunch
I
bit
into
something
crunchy
and
irritated
my
tooth.
For
the
rest
of
the
day,
I
couldn't
chew
on
my
left
side
without
pain
and
it
hurt
to
drink
cold
liquids.
The
next
day,
I
looked
at
my
travel
insurance
policy
and
it
covers
$600
for
dental
expenses
(make
sure
you
get
travel
insurance!).
I
asked
a
friend
who
lives
in
Tokyo
where
I
should
go,
and
he
recommended
this
place.
It
was
also
nice
because
I
speak
English
and
0
Japanese,
and
the
dentist
spoke
English.
Google
translate
is
helpful,
but
different
when
talking
about
dental/medical
terms.
The
dentist
was
incredibly
friendly
and
made
sure
I
understood
everything
that
was
going
to
happen.
He
had
a
powerpoint
and
everything!
After
doing
some
x-rays
and
other
tests,
he
determined
that
I
might
need
a
root
canal.
He
wasn't
100%
sure
so
he
numbed
the
area
where
the
tooth
is,
gave
me
painkillers,
and
told
me
if
I
had
pain
the
next
day
he
would
likely
have
to
do
it.
Fortunately,
I
didn't
have
to
get
it
done
because
the
pain
was
gone,
but
I
was
paranoid
and
asked
what
if
the
pain
came
back.
He
told
me
would
open
the
office
if
I
needed
the
procedure
(super
generous!).
Also,
he
said
he
could
do
the
root
canal
for
$200,
so
I
lowkey
wanted
to
get
it
there
anyway
lol.
Anyway,
this
was
a
great
experience
and
I
don't
even
like
the
dentist.
If
you
need
dental
care
(especially
if
English
is
your
main
language),
you
should
come
here.
