The
doctor
was
very
thorough
and
quick
to
examine
me,
which
was
very
helpful.
However,
the
reception
staff
was
very
disappointing.
I
was
in
the
process
of
changing
my
name
and
didn't
have
my
insurance
card
with
me,
but
when
I
told
them
that,
the
two
receptionists
firmly
told
me
that
I
couldn't
have
a
medical
examination.
Although
you
will
have
to
pay
the
full
amount,
you
should
be
able
to
see
the
doctor,
and
if
you
bring
your
insurance
card
at
a
later
date,
you
should
be
able
to
get
a
refund.
I
think
it's
a
big
problem
not
to
communicate
these
things.
There
were
also
no
questions
about
whether
my
insurance
card
was
linked
to
my
Individual
Number
card.
(I
was
able
to
see
a
doctor
because
I
remembered
that
it
was
linked.)
When
I
submitted
a
copy
of
my
health
insurance
card,
I
was
told,
``If
it's
a
copy,
someone
else
may
have
borrowed
it
and
are
using
it,
so
I
won't
be
able
to
get
you
examined.''
They
assumed
it
was
a
fraudulent
visit
by
a
foreigner.
It
almost
felt
like
it
might
happen.
(Even
if
you
are
a
foreigner,
you
should
be
able
to
receive
a
medical
examination
by
paying
the
full
amount.)
Although
the
teacher's
response
was
good,
it
was
very
unpleasant.
I'm
sorry.
