I stayed at the residence as a student. There's toilets on every floor, a microwave, washing machines. The showers were on the first floor though there are so many and in all of my stay I never had to wait for my turn to use a shower. The only remarks I had was how thin the walls were and how we could hear everything our neighbors were doing (maybe we just had really loud neighbors too), also there's a floor only for women, but my roomate and I were on the second floor which is shared by men and women and the cleanliness of the commune areas wasn't the best (especially where the washing machines are). Though I'd still stay there again, especially since it's really close to two train stations.

Everything is perfect, the kitchen, the shower, there is 3 tvs, a library, a lifting room, but the most important thing, the rooms, are very uncleaned. Previous users just threw all their things under the bed, there is hair in the bed and the ground is so dirty you need to clean your feet every time if you walk without shoes or socks, maybe it was an exception and only concerns my case. Otherwise I really recommend this place.

As a foreigner there for three weeks, I actually liked it because but unfortunately other foreigners were very very noisy in the evenings and couldn't sleep in peace. There was always hair in the shower. It's not always cleaned by those who used it and the washing machines and dryers are usually overused and the laundry lies around in there for hours, I did my laundry in and it was just finished, when I went to get it, I noticed that someone had just taken it out of the laundry and put it on the dirty floor.

Great place to stay! Tama Plaza station, shops and supermarkets are nearby. It takes around 20 min to travel to Shibuya station with the express train without transfers

Very nice accommodation. Kitchen is well-stocked and equipped with pots, pans, cooking utensils, rice cookers, etc., so you don't have to buy your own. All you have to buy is the food to cook with. Shower area is really nice with a locked area for women only so you don't have to use the same showers as the men. Blow dryers also available for you to use. Free washing machine, but the dryer costs money if you wish to use it.

Great place and really fun to be around. A lot of Japanese students and international students. Although rooms for 2 students are big although double rooms do deserve at least 2 chairs. And some rooms are very different from others (different beds, mirror lacking). When I moved in though, I noticed that in my bed was an half eaten piece of toast (so hard, it must have been there for months) and several receipts, which was unpleasant. So please clean the rooms very throughly when people leave, otherwise it is very very nice.

Wonderful place to live. At the end of stressful day, Tama plaza is a place where one can forget all those stress and enjoy their evening. So friendly environment. People from different countries, with different languages, culture, food, beauties.. all of them are really nice and friendly. I love to live here. It's little expensive but still this house, their neighborhood, area.. everything is super perfect.

Place is pretty clean and the people are really friendly. It has a theater room with a piano. Kitchen is big and has all the kitchen appliances you will need. Rooms are sizable with aircondition and the beds are pretty soft.
