GU... a subsidiary of UNIQLO... lower price and lower quality. Another success brand of their group. Salute two thumbs up from me. Both their store in Ginza are the best in Japan

Very big outlet, 4 storeys with escalator. Fantastic place to do shopping, they have many sale ongoing and tax free if you hit certain amount. Do sign up for the membership before heading down.

I like the trendiness of GU when compared to Uniqlo. Like others have said, construction and material is a bit lower and varies product per product so be on the lookout. It’s like H&M. Service could do better. While they do greet you, there was a lady who helped me in fluent English but I felt she was judgemental and she left without saying a word after abruptly answering my question. I had much better service from GU in NYC, which is ironic because NY isn’t really known for great hospitality and service. What a shame.

GU is the best economy price clothing store. Good quality fabrics and reasonable price. GU is highly recommended to go. U sure tu get something.

Visited the store on rainy day. Purchase bags and stuff. We paid for paper bag but surprisingly the male staff serving us at the check out counter never offer plastic bag to cover the paper bag. We had to ask for it and he just passed the plastic bag to us while other female staff had helped other customers. What’s wrong with him then?

I got obsessed with this brand during my visit to Japan. It's a cheaper version of Uniqlo. I love the style, great fit, great plan options with a bit of a design twist... All for very good price. There are plenty of GU shops around Tokyo. Worth visiting and exploring the shops! Also try clothes from the other gender, quite unisex

As a 5ft tall woman, I definitely enjoyed shopping here. Especially with their trousers. The fit and length were 10/10.
