To access to the old and ugly observation deck with a car requires some effort. But the view the deck offer is great. I had a great time enjoy the environment on August 19, 2019.

My husband and I ventured here and loved the view!! Plenty of parking in front of it and the observation deck is just down the way from a couple of good restaurants and I think a coffee place! The views really were beautiful! The only thing I’d caution people on are the spiders. Oh wow - they were huge. We found two in the right side of the building and one on a tree headed out. 😰😱 But the view...was great!

building is renovated. but still keep funny style. However, its top roof has superbub view.

One of the best view you can find in Miyako. Definitely a place you have to go.

The destination for all the rental cars that cross the long bridge to tiny Kurima Island. Parking lot can get full. Climb to the top for a spectacular view. Best on sunny days to get the most of the blue

Absolutely gorgeous view and easily accessible from the parking lot, which is free. As some others have already pointed out, there are these HUGE spiders around the area, mostly on the trees. But still, well worth the visit.

We went at around 5pm, it was empty and the view was amazing!

Fantastic view of the surroundings. It was extremely windy at the top so be careful if you’re wearing a hat.

It’s a nice view of Miyakojima island and the sea. There’s one more observation deck right before this one, you better find it too if you’re going all the way up here, it has a nice shade and a table.

Absolutely breathtaking view. Good to drop by if you’re around this small island. Lots of spiderwebs so it’s kinda creepy but you’ll be fine
