My wife and I had great time at this hotel. They offered us various welcome presents for our 10th year anniversary. The Japanese style dinner was wonderful and also the onsen was delightful. Reasonable price and excellent location makes it a good choice.

It has been always a pleasure to come back again. This is my 5th time to stay in this cozy small hotel(actually it should well deserve to be small luxury hotel as it offers much better luxurious feeling to you in atmosphere and spirit than materially luxury) and every time I feel as I am home when entering the door. Warm service as always, great food as always and a true relaxation for travellers as always.

Spent New Year's Eve here. Absolutely love it! Breakfast is amazing! Onsen is so refreshing! Super friendly staff! Don't miss this hotel if you stay in Otaru!!!

Fantastic experience, loved staying the staff were incredibly friendly and as we have two small children they could not do more to help, the public baths also cater to small children with baby soap, bath and amenities. The onsen was lovely with the outdoor fruit bath, indoor fragrance steam room and calming bath. Breakfast is a western style buffet but with quality dishes made with local Hokkaido ingredients.

First time visiting Otaru city and was impressed with this hotel. Furukawa will forever stay on my top 3 of all time.
