I like this restaurant a lot . Have been visitimg this place a few times but I am so disappointed that haven't improved a bit . First of all , mainly this place burger is very good & we tend to eat the burger inserted into the paper holder that the restaurant provided . That's good but you still get your hand messy with big burger like what I ordered . I am disappointed because when i go to the restroom , they don't have any hand soap for you to wash your hand . It was like this since a few years ago & every time i go this place , after my meals I will be so disappointed to find out i cannot really clean my hands after my meals . Good hygiene is very important for a good F&B places . Normally I would not mind so much when the food is good at some places . Eventhough the waitress took some time to check us out . I wouldn't blame the restaurant because many restaurant here in Japan , waiting staffs are part timers .
