Free access from the office tower elevators, 31F. Offers a great view of the city on east/west sides of the tower, and you can even see the Sendai Daikannon statue (NW) in the distance.

A good place to look across Sendai to the distance hills and out to the sea. And you can witness shinkansen rolling out and entering JR Sendai Station. The lift to the 31st floor is fast. What makes it even sweeter is all for free. It seems few people come by. I was the only one when i visited last week. Worth coming by for a visit if you are around here.

Cool spot to take in the view of the Sendai skyline. The observation deck has wooden benches to sit and relax. Nice and peaceful atmosphere. Not the tallest observation deck I've experienced but still worth a visit if you want to take in the vastness of Sendai.

Perfect place to see most of the Sendai from the top. It's free and easy to access from the station.

Its a great view and the restaurant there is a nice place to have a date lunch or dinner with your lovely one. Sendai is a beautiful city

Free of cost observation deck next to Sendai station. Go to the AER office building and take the elevator to top floor 31. Once you reach top floor you will find 2 observation decks one on right and one on left. The left one gives you view of trains. Check timing of shinkanshen to take pics of them arriving at station

I liked this place especially if you go around the time of sunset it’s a very beautiful view. The reflections in the glass can ruin some pictures but it’s not that serious 😌

A bird's eye view from the top... Take the life from the lobby and go to 31st floor... There are observation point on both left and right side... And access to this is free😊 Enjoy...

Absolutely stunning view of the coast and the whole city of Sendai.

Nice terrace but no 360 view. The views are nice during the day and I suspect at night they are even better. I would recommend bringing a set of binoculars for better distance viewing. If you are in Sendai, it's worth checking out

Good place to see the Sendai City from Hawk eye. Day time is better than evening and night. Use the lift of B1 to 31th floor.

Unsurprisingly, there is not much to be seen when the sun is down, other than city lights of course. I tried as hard as I could to find Daikannon, but to no avail. Skip it unless there is still sunlight

Best view in Sendai and it’s free! Take the express elevator to the 31st floor. Outstanding views to the east, west and north. Definitely worth taking a few minutes to look around. 3 minute walk from Sendai Station.
