I had bookmarked it for a while and rushed in to get a cut and color before an unexpected event. Cutting technology that far exceeds expectations! I'm very happy that he listened to my concerns! Due to my age, I was worried about the volume, but after cutting it, I was surprised at how much more volume I had! At other beauty salons, even though the cut itself wasn't bad, I felt like it was cut too much and felt like it was over-cut, but Kishi's cut was exactly as requested and had a very natural finish. I would love to visit you again!

He gave me very accurate advice tailored to my bone structure. I am satisfied with the color and the Hollywood treatment was very good. The way she spoke to me and the way she responded to me were very polite, which I thought was amazing even though she was a young hairdresser. I'm giving it 4 stars because I don't know how long the treatment will last.

I made a mistake on my part and was delayed quite a bit, but they kindly took care of it. All the treatments were the best I've ever had (*^^*) I'll be coming back!

いつもカットはおまかせできる希少なお店です！ 今回はお仕事向けに少し落ち着いたカラーリングをお願いしました。でもいつも毛先が明るくほんのりとピンク系になるのが好きなので、お仕事の時にはもし太陽にあたっても明るすぎて見えないように、でも普段は透明感のあるようにとお願いしました。何段階にも計算して色味を分けてカラーリングしてくださったので、統一感があるけれど毛先へとニュアンスが少しずつ変わっていくとても綺麗なお色に仕上がってとっても満足です！ またお伺いさせていただきます。ありがとうございました！

4年以上通っていますが、アットホームで居心地のよい空間です。マミさんに担当してもらってるのですが、デザインカラーが本当に上手！こだわりのリクエストにも柔軟に答えてくれて、理想のカラーに仕上げてくれます。シャンプーもすごく上手でいつも癒されています。

I had such a great experience with Mami San! Despite the language barrier, she made me feel very comfortable and was always willing to try and explain things in English. She also gave me recommendations for the best haircut to fit my face type and listened to all my requests which I greatly appreciated! Loved the service and the hair cut, and I would highly recommend this salon!

I don’t know any Japanese, and I just translated my requirements in words and search sample pictures in advance. They are very nice to foreigners, they will try to understand your requirements and chat with you. I super suggest people to come(⁎⁍̴̛ᴗ⁍̴̛⁎), the outcome of my hair is good either!

Megumi-san and her team (and another very nice stylist with short black bob hair whose name I didn’t catch) were so patient and attentive. I absolutely love and respect her for recommending the solution that looked the best on me instead of the option that costed the most. I have so much hair but still they tirelessly worked on it and probably even went over time! Thank you and I’ll return next time!

If you wanted to experience true Japanese hospitality, this is a place to go. All staffs are super polite and friendly. I got hair colour and cut, it was fast yet nicely done. They massaged my scalp after, and it was so good that I fall asleep 🤣 a whole salon is immaculately clean and hygienic especially the toilet! I definitely recommend here, just make sure you know what you want before and take your google translator with you to make things easier for them!!

On mine and my wife’s travel around Tokyo, I realised mid way through that I needed some hair TLC. I came across Star Tokyo on my search in Shibuya after they were highly recommended on Google. The salon itself was nice and modern with very friendly staff. Mami who did my roots top up, hair protein mask and trim was very professional and overall did a great job. We are already planning our next trip to Japan so I’ll definitely be back!
