Climbed
it
few
years
back.
Took
absolute
ages,
because
friends
chose
the
hardest
trail
from
Ojiragawa.
Some
parts
of
the
trail
are
highly
dangerous
with
footholds
in
almost
veryical
cliffs
with
only
chains
to
hold
on
to,
and
wooden
ladders
over
steep
drops.
As
I
am
only
a
casual
hiker,
I
quickly
got
out
of
breath
and
arrived
700m
from
peak
when
the
evening
fog
swept
in.
It
was
too
dangerous
to
continue
and
I
made
a
camp
for
the
night.
Waking
up
alone
in
the
mountains
on
my
birthday
was
probably
most
amazing
adventure
ever!
On
the
way
down
I
cane
face
to
face
with
kamoshika
-
japanese
serow.
And
the
amazing
relaxation
with
the
tired
feet
in
Ojira
river
was
exactly
what
was
needed
to
bring
back
energy.
The
views
and
experience
were
definitely
worth
it,
but
I
wouldn't
do
it
again.
