This place was absolutely amazing. The staff was very helpful, and on par with a 5 star hotel. They even helped clean the snow off my rental car in the morning! The rooms were very clean, and all the amenities were delightful. The breakfast they serve was a nice surprise as well. Overall I would recommend this place to anyone. Super close to everything in Niseko. I can't wait to go back and greet the wonderful staff!

This Place is THE BEST!!!!! Best Accomodation by far. Its like Mary Poppins Magic Bag, just when you think it can't possibly get any better BAM!!!! They pull another Trick out of the Hat. So fair to say I wish I could spend an entire week here and to be honest, I don't think that would be long enough. We had half a day skiing at Annapuri as our Train arrived late. (Very Unusual for JR). It was dark when we left The ski village and we had no idea where we were going. The girl at the info center was amazing and told us to get off at Fujiyama which so happened to be right in front of the Pensione Uno. Bloody Legend. Anyway the Bloke at the front desk was an absolute champ, explaining everytging about the accommodation and even booking us a pick up to go to dinner. No meals on site, but you can get breakfast. After a shower (Shared facilities but honestly they are the cleanest most amazing facilities). The room was very comfortable and it felt like you were falling into a fluffy cloud on the bed. I seriously slept like a baby. Come morning I was up bright and early to get ready. Because it was so dark when we arrived I thought it might be a good idea to open the curtains and see what sort of morning it was. Now i dont know if we are just seriously lucky or Niseko was putting on a show but, opening the blinds awakened me to this glorious winter wonderland with the morning sunrise just touching Niseko. It was the most glorious site ever. Jesus Mat (my husband) you picked us a winner. Up for a quick shower, it was straight outside for some photos, and then back inside cause it was -12 🥶🥶🥶🥶. Breakfast was great. A variety of dishes as well as your typical western breakfast. The coffee was pretty good as well, and then we were offered a lift to Annapuri. Most amazing stay ever. Thanks so much guys we will be back x

The rooms don't have a private toilet unless you get a more expensive room, the room cleaning fees are from 20k ¥ to 30k ¥. When I just checked in,I saw multiple hairs on the bed and pillow that were not mine. They only drive you to check in and check out. They cannot deliver luggage to the airport,so we had to go to a convenience store to drop it off but while dropping it off, they drove off without me! So I had to walk to the train station by myself. The location is very far from everything and they do not drive to anything other than check in and check out,so you will need to take the bus everywhere Do not come here. It is not worth the hassle to bring all your ski or snowboard equipment on the bus for 30 minutes to the resort.

Great place to stay during a ski/snowboard trip! The staff was lovely and very helpful. A home away from home. Bus stops to all resorts are a short walk up the road. Very convenient. Facilities and rooms were very clean. Breakfast was delicious. Free beverages throughout the day is a nice touch. The gear room has lots of space. Coin laundry was appreciated during an extended stay. Thank you for your kind hospitality. We look forward to visiting again.

We had a great stay here, place is very clean and comfortable. Bathroom is shared but only between two rooms so we never had an issue. It is also very clean and comfortable to use.

Very well designed pension with some pretty amazing views. Showers, restrooms and dinning area are super clean and the rooms offer enough space. The staff is very attentive and easily approachable (provided you speak the Japanese). The only thing you should be aware of, is that the place is located away from the main areas. Meaning that if you need to get food at night, you won't be able to so, as it is pitch black at night with no sidewalks on the road.

This place is a hidden gem and made my experience in Niseko all the better. Very friendly and helpful staff that were always happy to give advice and answer questions, tasty breakfast food, and a beautiful view of the mountains straight from the rooms. The beds and amenities were also fantastic, and I was pleasantly surprised at the collection of recreational activities offered in the motel (board and video games, minigolf, and video streaming services such as Netflix to name a few). Overall a very nice place to stay.
