The
reason
for
3
stars
was
because
some
of
the
staff
here
treat
foreigners
as
subpar
compared
to
the
locals.
When
a
local
passes
by
the
reception
or
wishes
to
check
in
or
check
out,
the
service
greeting
by
some
of
the
staff
would
be
especially
loud
and
sincere
but
when
it
came
to
foreigners,
they
greet
you
in
a
barely
audible
manner
and
treat
you
as
though
as
you
are
invisible
or
are
pests.
This
was
worse
on
my
check
out
day
when
one
middle
aged
local
male
staff
acted
like
he
didn’t
see
me
when
I
was
walking
past
him
and
only
when
looked
at
him,
he
gave
a
extremely
disgruntled
and
forced
greeting
softly.
If
you
wish
to
risk
discrimination
and
variations
in
service
standards,
feel
free
to
come
to
this
hotel
.
I
wonder
why
they
would
work
in
a
hotel
considering
that
they
don’t
like
foreigners
that
much.
On
our
first
day
checking
in
however,
the
female
staff
was
extremely
polite
and
tried
her
best
to
speak
to
us
in
english
and
that
is
how
their
service
staff
should
strive
to
be.
The
room
was
decently
clean
and
comfy,
was
also
near
to
hiroshima
station.
