Came to hotel very early and was advised would be 20 minute wait whilst room prepared. No problem as they whisked me to lounge to ensure I was comfortable with coffee and snacks whilst waiting. Room was extremely spacious and immaculately clean! Lounge had great food and drink offerings and lovely views. Great pool. 10/10 would stay here again! Staff so friendly!!! Recognised ALL platinum status with early checkin, late checkout and welcome amenity.

Hotel staff are extremely friendly! Especially those who served us at summer BBQ by the infinity pool.

I stayed in the hotel for 5 nights and it was a great experience! My top three highlights are - 1. The breakfast has a good selection of Okinawa / Japanese dishes for you to try. And they have two slightly different menus so there would be some variation if stay multiple days. 2. The lounge has great view for Shuri Jo and provides a great selection of alchohol including awamori. 3. Gloves and masks are compulsory for getting food from the buffet. It shows the hotel treats Covid precautions seriously. One suggestion for the hotel to consider is to provide a bit more vegetarian options for both breakfast and the lounge. Otherwise everything is perfect and thank you so much for providing great hospitality for my staying!

Nice clean rooms and a good very from the lounge. Maybe a little far from centre of Naha, but not a real problem. Shima sushi round the corner is a must as the owner is a good laugh.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. I would stay there again. The only thing I didn't like was having to go down to the front desk to make local calls. I couldn't make calls from my room.

A truly amazing breakfast buffet. And sensationally well appointed guest rooms. I also enjoyed the long 1M deep pool. Certainly the hotel James Bond would stay at in Okinawa.

This was a good experience, the pool was nice the location was good and the restaurant was delicious. The service was nice when you got out of a taxi, because they would open the door and bring in any luggage you had, but if you were on foot they wouldn’t really do much. One of the service men stationed outside the building were great about getting a taxi to bring us to a good okonomiyaki restaurant. The yuzu tea drinks at the restaurant in the hotel were good. Please be aware they do come into your room when you are out and tidy it and replenish your amenities.

Seriously this is 5 stars. Everything was fantastic. From the location, parking, pool, breakfast buffet. We stayed here 6 nights with my familly and this was our base camp.

We booked through booking and already payed the stayed, when we arrived to the hotel, they asked us for pcr or the Covid vaccine passport which we didnt know we need as it was not written anywhere, so they told us because we dont have those documents, the reservation was not valid as the price we paid was a promotion and they have to cancel our reservation and make a new (and more expensive) one, we asked them to show us where that promotion was written, and they could not (because it was not written anywhere, we have our vaccine passports at home so it would not have been a problem to bring it with us if we had known). Then, they took a long time to cancel our booking a make a new one, our original booking had breakfast included but because we had to do a new one, that was no longer an option and remove the breakfast from it (They gave us breakfast tickets only for the first day as a "service" as if they were doing us a favour ). After that, they told us to go back to the hotel the next day at a certain time so we could pay the new fee making us rearrange all the planes we already made just to please the hotel, the next day when we were out, we call the hotel and have to explain to another staff member of the hotel the whole situation as the previous staff did not inform anything about to the other members, but luckily we could pay at check out so we did not have to come back at the time they told the day before. To resume, they cancel our reservation for no legit reasons, had to pay way more, remove our breakfast plan, waste a lot of our time and gave us a lot of stress (we came here just to relax for a few days), so We will not be staying in this hotel or any of their franchise anymore.

The room was quite good and so were the services. There's also the buffet breakfast which was really nice! Only issue was when during check-in and one of the receptionists almost made me pay again, but overall the whole hotel was a really good place. They were also very helpful when I needed to find something from their lost and found. I would definitely come back again.

Amazing customer service. Really luxurious. I’d recommend getting the premier rooms. There is a premier lounge that resembles the space needle. However overall amazing stay will definitely come again. -victor

A great hotel! Location is a bit of a walk from the nearest station, but there is a bus stop right outside that gets you into town. A couple of local places for food a drinks, including the hotels own decent offerings. Rooms are clean, staff are friendly, and breakfast has a great selection. For our sins, we didn’t have time to get into the pool (it seemed to close a little earlier than advertised (6pm), but it looked great and I plan to return!

The best place ever! A relatively convenient and easy location and the hotel is just so comfortable. At the end of our trip, going back to the hotel felt just like being at home. Love the amenities and love the RPG like soundtrack of the tv when turned on.

It’s one of wonderful hotel in Okinawa! It’s not located in really good area like other hotels by monorail station. If you come here without car, you should take a taxi or bus. It’s located in the middle of hill on the way to the Palace. They have great hospitality. Looks like most of the staffs are from foreign countries. But they use both great Japanese and English. Interiors are so stylish!!!! They have nice Robby cafes, Family Mart convenience store. And I love the infinity pool on the third floor!!!! Looks gorgeous with colored deck and great view!! I didn’t use premier floor unfortunately but I was satisfied so much! Guest rooms are clean and modern! It’s relaxing nice hotel to relax! I wish I could come back in summer time for the pool!

Excellent hôtel with a beautiful infinity pool. Very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast is great with a wide variety of choices and some new ingredients everyday. Food quality is also great. We got a room with 4 real beds to accommodate a family with 2 kids. It felt big enough and comfortable. Bathroom is bigger than average Japanese standard, very clean with an interesting design. Bath and shower are in the same “wet room” but as separate units. (As Japanese standard) The city view is not the best but I would still recommend this hotel.

Good location as a base for Naha tourists. You might feel the room is a bit small. (Well, that is usually the case wherever you go in Japan...)

Their staff are super friendly and polite. The service is great. However, the rooms are not properly insulated. We can hear heavy footsteps from the room on top of ours. It wakes us up in the middle of the night. Luckily, there were still other rooms available so the staff transferred us to another room on our 3rd day. There’s also not so many restaurants or shops near the hotel. We always have to take a cab whenever we’d like to explore the city and try different restaurants. We enjoyed swimming in their pool though.
