Awesome place to get a bird's-eye view over Beppu and the harbour. Beppu park is just at the foot of the tower. Admission ticket costs 300 Japanese Yen for adults. The elevator stops at both platforms: 96 m and 100 m, but you can also use the stairs between them. I recommend going there at sunset, so you can get a night image of Beppu city as well. The Global Tower is designed as part of a building complex which hosts a famous convention hall.

An amazing place to see the whole Beppu city! We have visited the Tower in the sunny day and the views were awesome! It has the seaside view and the mountain side view you could enjoy. The smooth chilly wind was blowing at the top of the Tower to breathe the fresh air. The price was ¥300 per person, which is less than $3, a must see place in Beppu city to enjoy the whole amazing view!

It was a nice way to end my trip in Beppu. View of the city 100m high. Entrance is pretty affordable, not bad for ¥300. I went there in the afternoon still a good view. I bet it looks nice at night too.

The best place to see the whole Beppu from 100-meter high. The entry fee is surprisingly pretty cheap, only 300 yen per person. I came back here during onsen matsuri to watch the Ougiyama fire, and it was free!

From up here you can almost see Beppu and Oito at same time. This tower is over 100 meters tall. Buy ticket from ground floor of building. It costs ¥200. When going in elevator, press button 3. This way you can see unexpected view. Also you can see steam coming from the mountains. Yes, it is Onsen.

The night view from this 360 degree tower spire is pretty good -- the only catch is that Beppu City's skyline does not have too much to offer!

I visited global Tower last January 3 and I thought that it was open but sadly it's not😂、 but I'd been there last year of April and Yeah, the View was so nice
