    I received flowers for my 50th birthday. I’m happy 😆 Training was fun and I was able to do 10 pull-ups. I can eat my meals easily and drink my favorite alcoholic beverages. A fun and effective personal gym. Thank you for your continued support 💪

    I completed the 24-session course at a pace of about once a week. My muscle mass increased by 2kg, my body fat percentage decreased from 20% to 16%, and my basal metabolism increased from 1431kcal to 1518kcal. I was very satisfied with the training, which gave me detailed guidance on movement postures and areas to be aware of, and the training was very satisfying.

    I graduated from the 8-session short-term diet course! I achieved a weight loss of -3kg and a body fat percentage of -2% in one month. My trainer, Mr. Koide, understood my personality and followed me up a lot, which helped me maintain my motivation! I didn't have a lot of self-sufficiency with just long-term goals, so I was grateful for advice on setting short-term goals and dietary advice on LINE. I joined the short-term course in anticipation of continuing with my goal of participating in Best Body Japan next April, but of course I will continue!

    I had fun training. There were changes around my chest and upper arms. I am also able to think about my own meals, and I am now actively consuming protein and vegetables. Above all, I think it was great that the trainer was so dedicated and that we were able to communicate very well. I am very grateful to the trainers. thank you very much.

    During training, he gives clear instructions on ``which muscles to focus on'' and ``what form to use,'' so even though I am not good at exercise, I am able to continue training without any hesitation. They were very kind to me, offering advice on diet and teaching me simple stretches that I could do at home.I felt that this gym was very easy for people who were new to exercise or who were not good at dieting to go to. Thank you for sending me flowers as my birthday is coming up! I was very happy!

    Every training session is fun and gives me a sense of accomplishment! ! Although the numbers didn't change that much, I now have the 6-pack I had always wanted, and I was able to wear a swimsuit with a satisfying style on my trip to Okinawa! ! ! ! I thought dieting was all about numbers, but I learned that changes in appearance are more important than numbers! I enjoyed going every week for about half a year♪ Thank you very much♪

    It was my first gym! I was nervous at first, but the trainers and staff were very responsive and gave me dietary guidance, so I was able to lose weight! My husband also told me that I had lost weight (∩´∀`)∩Wow I lost 7kg and 5% body fat in six months!

    Just like the concept, I lost weight while having fun! ! I've reached my goal weight so I'm very happy! I thought it would be scary if I stopped and went back, but now that I know what to choose in my daily life and how to move my body, I've become more confident that I won't go back! ! ! I'm glad I chose Manager Koide, who calls himself a handsome trainer! ! He's probably a good-looking guy! !

    The first time I visited the store was May 8th, and it ended on December 7th. From the results, Weight is 78.5kg⇒71.4kg, minus 7.1kg, The waist was 96cm⇒84.5, minus 11.5cm. I originally weighed 98kg, but after rebounding twice, I dropped to 73kg, but then I rebounded a third time and was back to my starting weight. My diet method was limited to carbohydrate restriction, not much protein, and a lot of fat. So even though I have lost some weight, my blood test shows that my bad cholesterol is 190-200. and hyperlipidemia. So I joined a gym and did some research and found out that genetically I had a pear-shaped body type, and I learned that my fat content was not good for me. From then on, I started eating low-fat, low-calorie, high-protein meals, and only ate high-fat meat once a week as a reward. As a result, my bad cholesterol dropped to the 130 range. As for the gym, the staff were very kind, polite, and kind, and even though it was a tough workout, they were very good at getting me excited and I was able to do my best. Even if I went to a regular gym, I don't think I would have been able to lose this much weight. I'm sure he was eating meat with a lot of fat because he exercised. Thank you very much to all the staff.

    Each time, he flexibly put together a training menu to suit the conditions, and with his easy-to-understand explanations, I was able to enjoy the training. My body was stiff and I was not good at exercise, but I was able to go to school with peace of mind. It was also nice that you could rent clothes and shoes, so you could easily go there.
