I had an emergency and forgot to cancel my reservation. When I tried to reschedule they were very rude to me and told me they didn't trust me and wanted me to pay the full price of what my visit would have been plus admission to the next reservation. I understand that it was my fault and apologized profusely but they were still extremely rude about it. Thank goodness they aren't the only adventure course available in Japan.

This is a fantasy course that is great for everyone. It's an exciting, exhilarating challenge that's fun to do with family and friends. There are two courses - one for eight years old and above and the other for seven years old and under. The small course will keep your child busy for hours and is such a small price. Staff is friendly and able to speak English if needed. Surrounding area is also beautiful and worth a day trip.

This was a great place for our 4 year old son. He played for several hours and then we are lunch there, that we had packed. It was only 4¥ for him to play as long as you want to play. The parents are free to come in with the children. They have two trampolines that the kids can jump on for 10 minutes at a time. We went on a slow day and they let our son jump as long as he wanted to. There is a bigger ropes course for everyone 8+ years old. It looked very fun. It we will have to go back sometime with out our son.

A fantastic way to get out of the city for the day, enjoy beautiful scenery, and get some exercise. I am relaxing in a hammock at the reception area as I type this on my phone. This is a well-designed zip lining course in a stunning mountainside forest. There is a children’s athletic course suitable for age 4+ and six adventure courses of varying difficulty suitable for 8/9+. This is a legit course, not a touristy money grab. The staff is extremely friendly and flexible, and the prices are very reasonable. They also have english speakers. Bring your bento lunch. Free parking is at the bottom and there is a short walk up a trail to the reception. Overall exceptional value, will be back often.

Family fun day in the trees. Beautiful Forest to play in. Follow the Tree Cross Adventure flags to find them as they are tucked up the mountain a bit, very close to the Nanasawa hotel and onsen. Jasper and crew were fantastic at fitting us with equipment, guiding us through the proper procedure to climb and zip through the forest. We were climbing up to a height of 30 meters above the ground with four of our boys, aged 10 up to 24 years old. English and Japanese speakers available to give instructions etc. We all had a great time. Tarzan line is awesome! Highly recommend this adventure.

Stripes Japan 🇯🇵 did it again! Recommended another great place to visit. Only a few minutes away from base. This park will give you amazing family time as you conquer your fears! Honestly I thought 💭 it was going to be easy but boy was I wrong. This place tested our mental availability and physical strength. I was beyond proud of my kids. I honestly didn’t think they were going to make it. But they were Rock Starts! I was blessed to go with Spencer and Jeanette we kept encouraging each other and it’s what made the obstacle course easy to conquer. After today I feel like I could conquer anything. Jasper the owner of the park was our tour guide and he was amazing. He was so patient with us and helped us through the course! Spoke perfect English and I can’t thank him enough for all he did for us! If you decide to go please tell him we say hello. 💜💜💜 Thank you Tree Cross Adventure and staff for making our day so special. My kids are still talking about it!

One of my favorite experiences! The owner is from Denmark and very helpful, encouraging and friendly. The course is well constructed for all skill levels. The last zip line can be done again for a small fee ( highly recommend)

Fun place to spend the day. Easy drive and clear directions. Two parking lots for no charge. But still a walk to the reception area. Bathroom is about 1km from the start so use it before you head up. About a 5-10min walk from the parking area. After registering you have another 5min walk up hill to the starting point. If you’re doing the adventure course you have to get fitted for a harness and watch a safety video before starting. The kid course is good to go. There are racks to store bags on and free lockers (small) for valuables. Several seating areas and hammocks make this a perfect day to burn off energy and get outside!! As of January parents are no longer free. At least one parent must pay per family group.

Perfect place to come out of a covid restricted environment. Outdoor fun/challenging course for a fair price to test your physical abilities. Break for lunch and enjoy an on site area that serves burger and fries for lunch for about ¥14. (or bring your own meal.) Fun for the whole family!!!
