During
my
second
visit,
I
opted
for
a
90-minute
session
for
tonight.
Unfortunately,
my
experience
was
far
from
satisfactory.
The
masseuse
appeared
to
be
either
sleep-deprived
or
dealing
with
a
medical
condition,
as
he
consistently
drifted
off
during
the
massage.
His
initial
strokes
were
robust,
then
gradually
dwindled
and
came
to
a
complete
halt
for
5-10
seconds,
then
wakes
up
and
repeats
this
pattern
again
throughout
the
entire
massage.
For
example,
during
the
leg
massage,
there
were
instances
where
the
massage
came
to
a
complete
stop;
he
was
literally
just
holding
my
leg
for
few
seconds
motionless.
Another
time,
while
my
arm
was
held
behind
my
back,
the
halt
happened
while
he
pushed
a
specific
point
on
my
back
and
stayed
motionless
for
10
seconds.
I
had
to
continually
shake
my
body
or
make
noises
to
revive
him
for
a
few
seconds.
When
I
took
off
the
face
cover
to
see
if
he's
okay,
he
didn't
even
noticed
I
was
looking
at
him
for
few
seconds.
Out
of
the
90
minutes,
I
estimate
receiving
less
than
45
minutes
of
actual
massage.
Unfortunately,
even
that
45
minutes
was
not
enjoyable
due
to
the
painfully
obvious
halts,
disrupting
any
rhythm
in
the
massage.
I
considered
going
to
the
front
desk
to
voice
my
concerns,
hoping
to
switch
to
another
masseuse,
or
even
forfeiting
the
service
and
leave
altogether.
However,
the
thought
of
unable
to
explain
my
experience
clearly
in
Japanese
prevented
me
from
doing
so.
So
I
endured
the
entire
90
minutes.
Also,
I
timed
the
period
from
the
time
on
my
receipt
until
the
massage
officially
ended,
and
there
was
only
a
5-minute
'buffer
time.'
Waiting,
changing
of
clothes,
and
soaking
feet
in
water
probably
took
more
than
5
minutes?
I
was
expecting
some
relaxation
after
walking
the
entire
day.
Instead,
the
second
experience
felt
like
a
complete
waste
of
time
and
money
and
a
stressful
experience.
I’m
giving
two
stars
only
because
my
first
visit
was
absolutely
awesome—day
and
night
difference.
What
a
shame.
