I asked for platinum. Then I was told that the only color available was diamond, even though I had asked. Platinum only came in colors that were either lighter or darker than my hair, so at that point I was angry. Even if I had no choice, I thought that if I did that, I would have to tell them from the beginning that it can only be finished with diamonds before replacing it. In the first place, if they only had diamonds available, I thought I should decline the reservation because they wouldn't have the same color as last time. Moreover, since I didn't send a photo of the hair color in advance, it seemed like they didn't know if it was ready or not, which is true, but I thought I should tell them first before taking it off. Then I went to another store to have it removed and put back on. Due to the shop's incompetence and lack of preparation, I ended up having Diamond put it on, but with the amount of hair I had on my platinum budget, I couldn't get enough hair and the price was high, which is the worst. Both platinum and diamond extensions are hair extensions, so care is difficult, so there isn't that much of a difference. I was really angry and told the staff, but I will never go there again. I don't recommend it either.
