Came to the store during our honeymoon in Japan, and decided to make rings to commemorate our trip! We stopped by and were fortunately able to make an appointment for the same day. Very friendly staff and accommodating to us as English speakers. They walked us through the ring options and instructions very clearly, and were patient while we made our decisions. Pricing is very upfront and reasonable. Would definitely recommend as a fun and unique memento for a trip!

Came here with my sister for a silver pairing ring workshop. Absolutely loved it. Being first time tourists to Japan was a little scary but Takahashi helped us every single step of the way with very clear instructions in English! So much fun, I would make this a trip every time I come back to Japan in the future.

Arrived right on time and the staffs were very welcoming. Explanation was available in both Japanese and English. The staffs also help to take photos of you throughout the process so that’s also very nice. Mini board games are also provided during wait times to keep boredom away. ;) Great experience: 5/5.

Husband and I came in to make wedding rings on our honeymoon and we had a great time at AIGIS! The staff welcomed us in and we enjoyed working through the ring making process with them. It was such a cute experience! There was a worker who spoke English very well and the process was very simple and easy to follow. I got my dogs’ names engraved and I love how it came out.
