For a long time I had been struggling to find a proper place in Tokyo that could offer me a high-end vegan food and that would make the experience feel special. There are some decent vegan restaurants in the city, but it feels like they all are just plain in comparison with this place. Fujimaru is a heaven on earth with its highly skilled chef and a manager who pays attention to every single detail to satisfy the guests. One of the only places in Tokyo where I can actually enjoy a dinner with my non-vegan friends and not feel left behind when it comes down to the quality of what is served to all of us. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

・ 先日、記念日で銀座にあるフレンチ鉄板「ギンザ フジマル（GINZA FUJIMARU）」へ。 カウンター7席のみで完全予約制😌 佐賀で60年続くフランス料理店にて修業を重ねたシェフ藤丸貴成の料理と、 料理に合わせたソムリエ（オーナー）厳選のワインを堪能できます🍷 どの料理も素晴らしく美味しくワインも極上です！ また自家焙煎した珈琲豆を使った「水出し珈琲」は逸品で、まさに至高一杯です☕️ ご馳走様でした。

鉄板焼のフレンチ、初めてです。目の前で調理をして頂けるのでワクワクします。そして何より安心して食べることができました。締めのカレーライスの美味しいこと。びっくりしました。ぜひまた伺いたいと思います。 ごちそうさまでした。

洗練された空間の中で、季節のフレンチを楽しめます。いわゆる鉄板フレンチのお店ですが、料理が出来上がる時間を目の前で楽しめるのでとてもオススメ。 ワインもどれもおいしく、銀座の一等地の中ではリーズナブルにフレンチを満喫できますね。

I was taken to a wedding celebration 🥹 Teppanyaki French✨ Everything was very delicious, but the meat dishes were especially special, and the meat that was wrapped in buttery puff pastry and slowly grilled was really delicious🥹💞 The wine that was served with the food was also very delicious and it was a really happy time ✨ Next is a restaurant that I would like to invite to someone's celebration💓

I had the pleasure of visiting GINZA FUJIMARU last night and trying their brand new menu. Chapeau bas to the chef for a wonderful, perfectly balanced full course vegan dinner that will definitely please both vegans and non-vegans. All the dishes are simply exquisite, served with enough attention to detail to satisfy even the pickiest eaters. The place itself is super elegant, while the friendly and professional attitude of both the chef and the manager make it for an unforgettable experience. If you’re looking for a hole-in-the-wall classy type of place in Tokyo, you should definitely give FUJIMARU a try!

We really enjoyed dining at Ginza Fujimaru. The food and service were amazing. We highly recommend this restaurant.

お値段は高めですが、どのお料理もとても美味しかったです！ ウェイトレスさん（？）が2名常に席の後ろにいます。食べ終わったら即お皿を片付けてくださるのですが、常に見られてる感がある為、ずっと緊張していました....慣れてる方は大丈夫だと思います！

The food may have been OK, but I was under a lot of pressure and didn't really feel the hospitality.
