The new gondola is absolutely amazing! The view of the beautiful evergreen trees, mountains surrounding, and beautiful snowy landscape is everything you need in life. We especially love the thrill of getting to ride on the gondola with Naski imprinted on it! Nozawa is one of my favorite places on earth—super thankful for the new high speed gondola!

Great lift! Buy skipass just next to it: Price info: full day skiing around 4.800 yen, 4 hours pass: 4.200 yen, ski rental just infront of the lift has ski gear and shoes for 2.800 yen for half a day. Enjoy. Had a good half day on 20 April.

Great display of fireworks at Nagasaka Gondola during 2020 countdown!

This is the longest gondola lift from the base of the mountain to the top. Quite new, clean, taking 10 people at a time, and is fast. I used this in the winter season but the gondola is also available in the other 3 seasons.

A new 10-seater gondola with a gray color scheme. You may have to wait for the gondola before it opens in the morning, but I think you will be able to ride the gondola relatively smoothly after it opens. The speed is fast and you can also go around the gondola. Please note that both skis and snowboards must be brought in with a cover. There is also a wrapped gondola, so you might be lucky if you can ride it.
