but
when
asked
about
the
product,
I
wonder
what
the
salesperson
would
do
when
asked
about
precautions
when
handling
the
product,
only
saying,
``It
is
assumed
that
the
product
should
be
handled
with
care.''
I
was
very
willing
to
buy
it,
but
the
customer
service
was
so
bad
that
I
didn't
buy
it.
It
was
almost
like
I
didn't
want
to
buy
it.
What
I
wanted
to
ask
was
that
you
should
not
wash
the
dishes
because
of
the
material
they
are
made
of,
that
you
should
wash
them
by
hand,
and
that
you
should
be
careful
when
handling
the
tableware
because
it
is
made
of
ceramic.
I
asked
about
it
because
I
wanted
to
cherish
what
the
artist
created.
I
was
really
angry.
I
had
been
thinking
about
buying
these
miscellaneous
goods
for
a
long
time,
and
if
possible,
I
would
like
to
buy
all
kinds
of
miscellaneous
goods,
but
because
of
this
clerk,
I
lost
interest
in
buying
them,
and
it
also
made
me
think
about
how
important
the
customer
service
industry
really
is.
.
This
is
the
first
time
I've
ever
felt
like
this,
when
normally
I
would
just
buy
something
without
worrying
about
it.
It's
a
shame
about
the
staff,
even
though
the
work
is
great.
