This
is
a
branch
of
the
Zettai
Ryouiki
chain
which,
oddly
enough,
is
located
just
meters
away
from
its
much
more
visible
sister
cafe
on
the
street
corner.
Compared
to
that
cafe,
this
one
is
*far*
superior
in
both
menu
options
and
atmosphere.
The
menu
selection
is
very
extensive,
with
the
drink
menu
ranging
from
reasonably-priced
soft
drinks
to
high-end
alcohol.
The
food
is
surprisingly
high
quality
and
the
service
is
attentive,
but
not
pushy.
Likewise,
the
amusement
and
souvenir
options
range
from
the
standard
Cheki
(Polaroid)
to
tapestries
in
the
tens-of-thousands
of
yen
range!
The
atmosphere,
while
toned-down
compared
to
its
neighboring
cafe,
is
punctuated
by
an
hourly
live
performance
that
lasts
almost
15
minutes.
The
uniform
theme
is
catgirl
maid,
and
yes,
they
put
the
cat
ears
on
you
the
moment
you
sit
down.
However,
for
whatever
reason,
it
seems
less
cringeworthy
and
more
fun
here
compared
to
the
street-corner
branch.
In
fact,
this
is
the
only
maid
cafe
where
I've
actually
bought
*two*
extra
hours.
