A small and stylish facility that is not typical of Kuwana. Basically, the Kuwana Library on the top floor is used, and the hall facilities are not used much. I think if they promoted the use of the facility a little more for events, it would become a good facility where people could gather. In that sense, it seems like Kuwana City.

The library always has books neatly organized and easy to find. You can also reserve books that are currently on loan. I look forward to new picture books arriving every week.

This is a library in Kuwana City. The library has a satisfying amount of books in each genre. There are also quite a few specialized books. It's easy to find, and the staff is very helpful. The minus of one star is that you have to wait a long time even if you pre-order popular new books.

Parking lot is too small. It was easier to use in the past.

There is a library on the third floor, city facilities on the second floor, and an event venue and Tully's Coffee shop on the first floor. There is a bit of a shortage of parking spaces, but I think the rotation is good, especially when there are no events. There is also a childcare facility, but please check for details. Before I moved, I used to visit the library and Tully's Coffee Shop😆This is a recommended place.

I used it as a training venue, but I had to start cleaning the toilets during a short break from the class, which was very painful. I'm concerned about the confusing design of the men's restroom, which has one Western style and one Japanese style in today's world, but the facility is clean.
