👍👍 All of the daytime pediatric teachers are wonderful. They really care about their children. If you call at night, an old guard will answer the phone. It's blunt, but I'm not asking anything from the guard. Old men in their 50s and 60s working in the field are like that, so there are some complaints... People often mention hospital, night, fever, doctor, time, phone, care, call, child, medicine,

All of the daytime pediatric teachers are wonderful. They really care about their children. If you call at night, an old guard will answer the phone. It's blunt, but I'm not asking anything from the guard. Old men in their 50s and 60s working in the field are like that, so there are some complaints about it, but I don't care. The phone will be transferred to a nurse, and the nurse will politely assist you when you call. I've been to the pediatric emergency department several times at night, but I've never met a doctor with such a bad attitude. However, since it's nighttime, we can only administer simple medicines such as antipyretics and bowel preparations, but this is the case at all emergency hospitals unless you are transported by ambulance, so it doesn't bother you. The doctor will be there to determine whether there is an emergency that would require you to be referred to a larger hospital, so you can rest assured just by being examined. It would be a little unreasonable to go to a hospital at night and request treatment that would be given during the day. (However, they will give you an intravenous drip if you need it at night.) They are kind during the day and provide necessary care at night, so I am generally satisfied with this hospital, and I can go to the emergency hospital. I feel safe at a distance. I don't know about the others, but I recommend pediatrics.

I am grateful that you are able to see me late at night and on holidays. However, when my 4-year-old child came to the hospital on Saturday night with diarrhea, bloody stools, and a high fever, they only gave me antipyretic medicine and intestinal medicine, even though I told her that I had eaten raw meat. That night, I endured the rolling pain and went to the doctor again the next morning, but there were no tests or medicines, just instructions to feed me porridge and soft udon noodles. Even though it was crowded and I had to wait a long time. That night, I had rolling pain again, so on Monday I went to my pediatrician, who immediately did a stool test and prescribed antibiotics that are effective against Campylobacter. Even as an amateur, I find it strange why they didn't prescribe antibiotics even though I had bloody stools, a high fever, and rolling pain. If my daughter had been prescribed it at the first visit, my daughter might not have had to suffer for two full days. Moreover, according to my family doctor, porridge is not very good for me. If you want a proper response, this is not recommended.

Great nighttime service. I moved to the next city, so we haven't been estranged recently, but the other day my child's health deteriorated so I went to see the doctor at night for the first time in a while. No matter how many hours I tried to call the emergency hospital in the city, I couldn't get through on the phone.During that time, my child's symptoms were getting worse and worse, so when I called them for help, they responded quickly and kindly took me in. Every time I went there, I had the impression that the nurses would greet me with a smile and kindly, but that hasn't changed. The teacher also provided thorough explanations and responded well. Children may be fine during the day, but suddenly become ill or ill during the night. Honestly, I wanted to return to Tokorozawa because there was a hospital that had such a well-prepared system for accepting patients in such a case, and a hospital that could provide the kind of treatment that would calm and reassure patients and their families.

I went to see a doctor called Miho Horii, but she ignored my complaints and only prescribed medication. I just wanted them to take a look at it, and since I am also a medically qualified person, I have a lot of knowledge, so I felt that it was a little different from a normal illness, so I just laughed at the patient's complaint. I was disappointed in what was happening. I thought he was a person who didn't care about his patients. I will never use it again. thank you very much.

My 1-month-old son came to the hospital because he had been catching a cold. Even though I was full of anxiety, I was really moved by how the doctors and nurses responded so kindly and quickly. The woman who examined me, Dr. Kojima, examined me slowly and carefully, and explained the details of the treatment and symptoms in an easy-to-understand manner while giving me encouragement. I was really moved by how it allayed my parents' fears. I'm really thankful to you. Thanks to all of you, I am doing very well!

I don't have any particular complaints when my children are taken care of. This time, when adults tried to visit the fever outpatient clinic, slots were filled within three minutes of opening the reception desk for the second consecutive day. Maybe they aren't prepared. I think it's better not to rely on it. It's not worth the effort to make a phone call.

I was taken care of when my child visited the hospital, and I have no complaints. They listen carefully to what I have to say, do thorough tests, and identify any illnesses I have, so I feel safe going to the clinic. The receptionist seems to be busy, but they respond kindly.

Is it red tape? The quality of the administrative system may be poor. I told the receptionist that my child had a fever of 37.7 and was having difficulty breathing and was making wheezing noises. Difficulty breathing? He snorted and laughed. I filled out the medical questionnaire without realizing it, but my wife responded... We were worried that our child would be hospitalized due to pneumonia, so we went to see the doctor, but the response was cold and easy to understand. Because I was desperate for my child.

Well, it's a difficult hospital to evaluate. There was no problem and I was grateful to the nurses and teachers that my child was seen by a doctor when he didn't have a fever. I am grateful that it is a temporary drop-in temple for children at night. However, since the outbreak of coronavirus and the introduction of a fever outpatient clinic and a new doctor, it has become a difficult hospital for me. If you have even the slightest fever, you have to go to the fever outpatient clinic, but even if you call the reception line every time using 5 lines (including family members' cell phones), it's normal that you can't get through for 20 minutes. Even when I finally get connected, I am always turned down and told that the reception is closed. (They say the slots will be filled in about 5 minutes) What I am often told at that time is, ``Please go to your local hospital. ” → I was calling because I used this place as my family home. ``Please look somewhere else.'' → What is a medical center for? What I thought was the worst was ・Your fever is rising and falling, and although it is not stable, there is a high probability that you have a fever → If the temperature is 37.6℃ or higher at the telephone reception stage, you will not be able to use the fever outpatient clinic. However, if you have a high fever within 24 hours, you will not be able to see an internal medicine doctor, so you will not be accepted either way. I was refused. In the end, I was clearly told on the phone that if I wanted to receive that many calls, I had no choice but to use an ambulance (´・ω・`) Awesome. On the day I made the phone call that started the pain, I went to another hospital and was diagnosed with pyelonephritis and was hospitalized for several days. From there, I decided to go somewhere else. Because that's what I was told over the phone. Also, personally, even though there is a shortage of Chinese medicine in the world, many doctors (pediatrics) are too particular about Widecillin, Flomox, and Asverin, and even when I tell them that they don't have them at the nearby pharmacy, I want them to change the medicine. ``It's okay because the pharmacy is the one to do something about it.'' → We are the ones who visit pharmacies. ``This is the only thing I've ever done, so it's impossible.'' → That's up to the teacher's convenience. ``Then I guess I can do without medicine.'' → Isn't that a threat in a sense? I feel like I'm getting more and more disappointed.
