I learned Pilates here for the first time and now I can't stop. My body condition and posture have improved. Highly recommended.

I have been taking private lessons at this studio for about a year! I found instructors I came across are very knowledgeable and friendly. My core and posture have been improved a lot, which helps me in other sports as well. I've been going to this studio for almost a year now. The knowledgeable instructors always taught me carefully and with a smile, and it was a very enjoyable time, for which I am truly grateful.

Three months after I started, I started to be more aware of my spine, and several people have recently told me that my posture is good. It looks like I'll be able to take up my hobby of surfing. I move my body based on what the teacher says, which seems to help prevent blurriness (lol)

It would be great if there was a bicycle parking lot.

worst. I took private lessons, but I decided I never wanted to take them or want to come! Mr. A's instructor laughs so much that it's impossible. The most boring lesson I've ever taken, and the content? ? ? That's what it feels like. The short-haired staff member at the reception desk was also playing with her hair? That's what it felt like. I won't come here anymore as it's just a waste of money

I started it during Golden Week, but it changed my life! I almost regret why I didn't start sooner. I was able to solve my long-standing problem with lower back pain in such a good way, and it also helps me relieve stress from work.

Thank you for your continued support. I joined this spring and have been going about twice a week. The reason for this was because my body was stiff and fatigued due to lack of exercise, fatigue and stress from work, and I was always prone to pain in my neck, shoulders, and spine, so I wanted to work on my body in hopes of getting better. Because I thought so. I started Pilates because I had an image of it as a moving chiropractor and had been interested in it for a while. The more you go, the more you will notice that your body is getting better and better. What I started noticing early on was that my collarbone area felt refreshed, the stiffness around my shoulder blades eased, my fat mass fell off, and my body became much lighter. I felt more positive. I hope that by continuing to do this, I can correct my biased way of using my body, expand my range of motion, and enjoy the evolution of my body. I am grateful to have met you.

Three and a half years have passed since I came to Yoyogi Uehara Studio. It is a very fun studio where bright, energetic, interesting and unique instructors and kind and friendly lesson friends come together. There are plenty of events, and I think the atmosphere is such that even first-timers will be able to blend in. The lesson floor is bright with sunlight coming in through the 5 windows, and the boys' lockers are large enough to accommodate 2-3 people! Close to the station and cheap bicycle parking! After taking lessons every day, I feel refreshed both physically and mentally and that my body is getting softer little by little. I am grateful to the instructors who make the lessons fun and relaxing.

It's been 5 years since I started going here because I wanted to get rid of the stiff shoulders that I had been suffering from for many years. I think the reason I've been able to continue using it so long is that I can actually feel the changes in my body, and the staff are friendly and easy to talk to. One of the reasons is that it's close to the station and easy to get to.

The staff at Uehara are energetic, bright and kind, so by moving my body I forget the stress and busyness of work and feel refreshed both physically and mentally. Since I started Pilates, I have become more rejuvenated and more agile day by day, and I feel like I am able to spend 24 hours a day in a rhythmic and efficient manner, including sleeping, so I decided to go to Pilates! Thank you to the staff who make me think ❣️
