But if you want to take some time to take photos, park your car, motorcycle or bicycle first then you can stroll around. It suitable for everybody since there are some cafes, and mini mart in surrounding. And a lot of sport center too.

Even during the weekday, it was really crowded. But recommended to visit for the beautiful ginkgo view during autumn. At the end of the road, there was a Christmas market but we didn't visit. And after around 16.30 there was supposed to be illumination. So probably, try to visit during sunset.

Easiest to reach there is by taking the Ginza subway line and stop at G3 Gaiemmae station. It’s on the left of the station, walk for 180m only.. it’s not right outside the station… see the sign board. Crowd was there so you will need to find some nice spot to take photo. Lots of people taking pictures and car and motorcycle owners snapping shots of their rides. Best time is autumn when the trees change colors though almost any weekend day with good weather is a good time to have lunch on the patio at Shake Shack and wait for the exotic cars to appear. One if the best car viewing areas of Tokyo.
