なんと言っても人が一番。荷物を預ける時にダメ元で聞いた旅割。チェックインする方にもしっかり申送られており、対応していただきました。とても得した気分で宿泊できました。スタッフ全ての教育が徹底されていると思いました。館内は邪魔にならない音量のジャズが流れ、夕食はお味も食器もオシャレで、満足致しました。ただ一つ、特に1階のレストルームのゴミ箱は頻回に見回ると良いかと💦トイレのゴミ箱にほとんどゴミの無い施設は、スタッフの教育も行き届き、ホスピタリティーを感じます。

大好きな上高地で いつもコーヒーとチーズケーキをいただく 五千尺ホテルに宿泊 今回は 4階スイートとなります。 チェックインするまでは荷物をフロントて預け 上高地の景色を楽しみます。 お天気にも恵まれ、最高な上高地を満喫しました。 4階スイートは1室のみ 4階の一番奥に部屋の入り口があります。 ミニキッチンでコーヒーを淹れ バルコニーで眺望を楽しみながら ゆったりした時間が流れます お風呂は室内にあるので ディナー前にシャワーを湯船を楽しみました。 さて、ディナーですが フレンチのコースとなり 料理にあったワインを楽しみたかったので ソムリエに相談します。 ペアリングを楽しみながら 料理を堪能しました。 また、少し離れた席では高齢のマダムがお誕生日だったらしく皆でハッピーバースデーのお祝い 旅の一期一会ですね 翌日気持ちの良い目覚めと ブレックファーストに何故か豚汁を食し（美味しい！） スイートの宿泊は終了です。 今回の宿泊では 主にディナーがソムリエのおかげで 楽しめて本当に良い旅となりました。 他のスタッフの方々も教育がしっかりされていて宿泊して嫌な思いはせず また次回上高地に来た際には 五千尺ホテルに泊まるつもりです！ ※2022.6宿泊時

We really enjoyed it! Food was delicious, the onsen is sparkling clean and the staff was friendly, kind and helpful. We were traveling with young kids and they made us all feel comfortable and welcome! We would love to come again!
