Great Korean food in a convenient location in Morioka. The restaurant has translations of the menus in multiple languages which makes ordering easy. The food was great - we definitely ate too much because it was so delicious! We really enjoyed the makgeolli, bibimbap, & pajeon!

Delicious selection of meats for grilling and Korean style dishes. A bit expensive but worth the price for the atmosphere and experience. Morioka Reimen is delicious and worth a try. English menu available.

English menu available on request Located at walking distance from morioka station, Korean inspired restaurant located in center of morioka. Has grill on each table Specializing in meat and local speciality Korean inspired noodles. many car parking lots around the restaurant if your coming by car and you can get parking coupons at checkout if your dining there. Decor is nice with big glass windows. Would be an amazing view in winters during snowfall. They offer a huge variety of Korean dishes and lunch prices are very reasonable. Sets are good way to try a combination of dishes. Spice level can be selected from 5 levels for the spicy noodle soups.

I don’t know why this Yakiniku place is highly praised. It was okay at best yet quite pricey. Yamanaka is wayyyy more tastier and cheaper. Probably foreign tourist are the ones rating this 5 star since they haven’t tried Yamanaka or other places. Ambiance: 5/5 Food/Meat: 1/5 - Tough meat and tasteless Service: 3.5/5 - Manager in the front desk below was not hospitable unlike the rest of the staff Price: 1/5 - Expensive for its quality Note: The grill is quite weak, takes time to cook.

The best BBQ beef and cold noodles I have ever tasted. A must try one in this city.

One of my favorite Korean/Yakiniku chain restaurants! If you go, make sure you get the kimchi reimen (cold noodles). Simply amazing! But everything here is great!

Had Morioka reimen noodles as well as the sundunbu . The cold noodles are delicious (similar to korean naengmyun) but they use wheat noodles and the sauce is more fragrant and less acidic. The service was fast and prompt, no complaints there!

Great ambience. Quality wait staff. They do have an English menu. Please ask for it. The reimen is amazing. The better need cuts are awesome. They just melt in your mouth. Highly recommend the sets with the more premium cuts. Pork cuts are less impressive than the beef. The sirloin to s to die for. Please remember to ask for samjang. The tables are well spaced and standard 6 seater settings are adequate for smaller groups.

Reimen or 冷麺 may be a Korean import but don't say that to the people of Morioka because they guard their noodles with pride, and this three-storey institution is a popular hit with the locals. Queues tend to form as early as 5 p.m. but because the restaurant boasts three stories, you wouldn't have to wait very long. Most patrons go for the reimen but the restaurant also offers some interesting adaptations of other Korean fare. And they keep it pretty authentic as well! Order a pot of makkeoli and seafood chijimi/pancake (or in Korean, 해물파전) to complete your reimen (chilled noodles) experience.

Really delicious! Come on weekdays for their lunch sets, especially the set with reimen and grilled meat. The bibim cold noodles were very tasty. Awesome ambience, service and food. As an additional surprise, their coffee is also very good.

Morioka is known for it's cold noodle, you have to give it a try, in my opinion, I like the BBQ meat more then the noodles!

I went here with my friends. We all ordered Morioka cold noodles. It was so delicious. We were able to choose the three levels of hotness. In my case, I chose the least hot one. Although I like hot food, I feel it's a little too hot. On the other hand, My friend who was good at spicy ate the hottest one. For her, it didn't seem to be very spicy. I recommend the least hot one for those who eat it for the first time.
