I
have
been
here
a
handful
of
times
upon
the
recommendation
of
several
friends.
It
has
largely
been
fine
but
last
night
was,
terrible,
and
possibly
the
worst
of
any
dining
experience
on
island.
My
party
of
2
were
not
notified
of
any
wait
time.
After
waiting
for
55
minutes
a
family
of
5,
who
did
not
sign
in
or
wait
as
long,
asked
to
seat
themselves.
Upon
doing
so,
we
asked
again
about
seating
and
were
told
that
they
no
longer
had
the
capacity
to
seat
us.
Only
three
tables
of
2,
3
and
5
were
seated
mind
you,
representing
half
of
their
seating
capacity.
After
that,
the
party
who
entered
was
told
it
was
going
to
be
an
hour
wait.
Inefficiency
doesn’t
even
begin
to
describe
the
Front
of
House
operations…
I’ve
worked
in
food
service
in
Japan
before
so
I
understand
how
the
culture
works.
As
mentioned,
we
were
skipped
by
a
blatantly
ignorant
family
who
had
the
audacity
to
sit
before
we
did
and
who
clearly
saw
that
we
had
arrived
before
them.
Staff,
who
saw
us
from
the
moment
we
arrived,
allowed
said
family
to
sit,
and
then
nearly
even
took
their
order
first
before
my
brother
flagged
her
down.
Note
they
had
received
their
food
before
we
even
received
all
of
ours,
which
was
all
of
2
sushi
rolls
each.
The
menu
is
largely
uninspired,
and
is
heavily
Americanized,
which
is
fitting
for
being
in
American
Village,
however
good
food
is
good
food.
Nearly
every
menu
item
has
avocado,
an
inauthentic
and
lazy
ingredient,
that
results
in
upcharged
menu
items.
I,
generously,
give
the
food
an
overall
B-,
however,
the
poor
service
has
ruined
this
restaurant
for
me
for
months
to
come.
I
have
NEVER
been
this
disappointed
in
the
terrible
customer
service,
especially
not
here
on
Okinawa.
My
brother
vows
to
never
come
back,
and
plans
to
tell
everyone
he
knows
to
avoid
this
place.
I
do
not
plan
to
return
any
time
soon
until
my
disappointment
and
anger
has
dissipated.
I
would
give
0
stars
if
it
was
possible.
