以前ディナーに行ったことがあり、とても良かったので、今度はランチに伺いました。
場所は四ツ橋駅から歩いてすぐにビルに三階にある隠れ家。カジュアルな感じでカウンター、テーブル席。
メインの違いで値段が違うランチコースは、¥1200と¥1700。え？安すぎてびっくりです。他にも単品や充実のコースもあり。
まずはたっぷりに野菜のサラダを前菜として。馴染みの野菜の他、季節の珍しいものが、いろいろな下処理で美味しく仕上がっているので、ドレッシングは不要。
甘糀と春野菜で作ったポタージュは、米麹で作った甘酒にえんどう豆を合わせてすり流し風。しおこうじのパンとの発酵コンビは相性バッチリ。
メイン料理は友達とシェア。

こちらで扱っているワインはビオ。スパークリングをいただいたあと、お料理に合わせてワインをグラスで。最後は日本酒もいただきました。シェフは日本酒のプロデュースもされていたそうで、お酒についても詳しく知っておられるのでトークも楽しい♪
お肉のメインは、国産牛奥羽牛と雲丹の甘辛醤油プレゼにしました。厚く切られて弾力のあるお肉が、すき焼きのような味付けで。
さらにお任せでもう一品アレンジしてもらいました。パクチーがたっぷりのった、スパイシーで大きなエビ。さすがホテルで培われた腕。お一人でお店を切り盛りされているので、ゆっくり飲みたいときは時間をずらすと良いですね。
ほんとにいいお店に巡り会えて嬉しい！
コスパいいランチも食べられるし、じっくりグルメを満喫することもできますよ。
