In terms of dog walking not that great. A lot of kids and most of the grounds aren't even lawn, just dirt. Try to avoid windy days!

It's one of the old olympic stadiums. The facilities are well maintained. There are MANY sports available, a cycling course, a running course, and even a gym you can use by ticket purchase (490円/ 2 hours).
