Another amazing found in Shimokitazawa. This place got amazingly delicious craft beer. You just can have a glass of beer or you can get beer by weight and put that into a cool bottle so you can bring it back. I had this dark beer with oysters flavor. The scent and taste was really strong. I totally loved it. And the owner can speak English so if you don’t speak Japanese, that’s totally no problem!

Fantastic place, great barman. Mostly foreigners when we were here but the beer was incredible. Number four the peach apricot sour was insane.

Very good and stylish. Bartender knows a lot about beer and can help with choice. But literally the most expensive craft beer in Tokyo

Visited on May 5, 2022. I got a fruited sour ale (number 5) and it was so fruity like juice! We got to sit by the counter and saw the staff pour our beer. Cool atmosphere overall, even when the place is rather small. A minus is the beer is pretty steep with a 1/2 pint being > ¥900 otherwise I’d give 5 stars. We came out at ¥2500-3000 per person after 2 drinks each. Definitely not $ like Google suggests, still worth a visit.

The kind of tap room every neighbourhood needs. Friendly staff, good atmosphere, fantastic selection of well kept ales on tap, with a eclectic clientele to match. Worth multiple visits to taste the full range.

First, the host. She was so nice! Made me feel welcomed. Second, the beer, of course. I drank four and all were good. So, the odds are good that you will find sonething you like. The music, the atmosfere, the quiet chit-chat...give you the best buzz. Kanpai!

Great little craft beer bar.. 18 beers on tap and lemon sochu sour was great too. Really friendly staff, very welcoming and chatty. Good vibes all round after a day of exploring Shimo.

I went there for 3x already. I really love the Hideji Beer and I always come back for it wherever I’m in Shimokitazawa. I really love the lady there, she seems to know what to suggest and very knowledgeable. But there’s this two guys who seem to have attitude problems, one is younger and the other guy is older. I don’t think they’re happy serving other people when they are busy socializing with their regulars. Also, the younger man doesn’t seem to know what to suggest when I clearly speak Japanese. They’re bad at customer service. Kudos to the woman tho, she’s very nice and welcoming!

Great taproom with lots of Japanese craft beers. Come at opening time to get a table/seat because it gets packed with tourist and locals alike. Great variety of beers and amazing place to chill after walking/shopping.

Stylish little tap room that has beers on tap, growlers and cans to go. A bit on the pricier side but that’s to be expected for craft beer in Tokyo. Employees are welcoming, creating a good atmosphere to enjoy a pint.

Up to 20 Taps of Japanese craft beers. Selections vary every weeks. the place is new, and there is only the tasting size (about 250ml) available to drink onsite. It is possible to buy growler of 32oz or 64oz, but you need to buy the bottle first before filling. I like the idea of reusable growler to enjoy my craft beers, but carry arround the growler is not very convenient... staff on that day was a very friendly greman, and quite knowledgeable about the beer she serve. A great place to discover new tastes.

So happy that we found this place! Friendly service and great Japanese microbrew! The passion fruit shochu cocktail was also good! We’ll be back.

Awesome bar, a late night watering hole just a couple of minutes on foot from Shimokitazawa station. Point card is available and you get double pints on rainy days! Über cool! Pretty crowded though! If u get a seat, glue yourself to it! It’s a pricey place btw, not cheap as the one $ suggests. Think $$$ and you’ll be ok.
