Awesome place to get some authentic Sri Lankan curry ! Loved their chicken curry set and they also have an awesome dessert menu. Would recommend for anyone looking for authentic tasting curry or just great food in general. 5 stars 👍

Verbally confirmed that the chicken is halal. Came here for a holiday dinner around December and tried their limited fried chicken set. I was definitely not disappointed. Everything was really good. I also liked the vanilla cake a lot!

I went for (iftar) dinner, the service and the food was amazing. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and you would also be able to see some amazing drawings, and traditional Sri Lankan crafts. Very authentic and you would be greeted warmly. Definitely try to this place out. The owner was so friendly he gave us complimentary side dishes and also Sri Lankan Tea.

Delicious Sri Lankan cuisine in Beppu, Japan. Visited on a trip to Beppu, it was walking distance to the hot spring ryokan hotel we stayed at (Nagomitsuki). Very welcoming friendly staff, cool and unique decor. I had Lanka Hut Premium Plate meal with dhal curry and a watalappan dessert, partner had cheese & egg roti with meat curry, then chocolate cake. All absolutely delicious! I must now seek out a Sri Lankan restaurant near my home town (in the UK) and hope it is this tasty!

Highly recommended !!! I recently dined at Lanka Hut and had a wonderful experience. The food was so delicious, the ambiance was beautiful, and they offered authentic Ceylon tea. The staff were very friendly. Also, the prices were reasonable. I will definitely go again. They have spices available to buy, and their original curry pack for cooking at home is so good.

The food is absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing. “Excellent environment, friendly service, delicious food!!!”. They also have seasonal dishes and now they have buffet on the 3rd weekend of each month. They also do party planning. They did a wonderful job for my birthday! The cake was delicious!

I went for the lunch buffet which is every 3rd Saturday of the month. The servers were very kind and explained the menu to me, including how to eat the food. Some of the food items were unique, thus required explanation (for example, there was a bitter green soup that you drank and after each sip you take a bite from a sweet sugar nugget thing) but it was all so delicious. The price was 1500 yen which I found to be reasonable for the buffet. I'll be back!
