Impressive welcome and amazing view. The room with private hot spring Onsen is super comfy. The bathroom is nice. The restroom which separated from the bathroom is automatically light on and off and also the toilet is automatically flush. What I don't like is the supplementary in the bathroom. They don't have enough English details. But overall is superb! (ps. Breakfast taste a little bit weird)

I recommend family with kids stay in this hotel , all the staff are very friendly and nice. My kid got an anpanman snack when she arrived, she’s very happy. The room with massage chair and private onsen is superb. Food is fresh and nice. We ordered a cake and the staff took a photo for us and printed it for us, ! What an attentive and warm service ! A bit touched when we left the hotel!

Nice hotel in a great location with wonderful views of Mt. Yufu. The food was okay, but they did provide us with a different dinner for the second night. The wife found a machinery part in one of dishes, but no harm was done. The manager was quick to come and apologize, and he also found the source of the problem. The room was spacious, and there were a couple of baths connected to the room. Since I drive an EV, it was nice to have a charger available in the parking lot. The staff was nice and took care of us. I can recommend this hotel. It was nice to visit in the winter; the views were nice, and the baths felt great.

I have spent in this hotel for 2 nights on Jun-2023. this is my second time to choose this hotel. Excellent staff, excellent facilities, excellent dining!! $$ is slightly expensive but this is totally worth it. Must try the formal Japanese dinner@.@!

It was truly an EXCEPTIONAL experience. The hotel is located right next to the main road and it was not to difficult to find the way. Staff are already at the front gate to welcome you and they would serve you a welcome drink to make your check-in experience enjoyable already. The room was spacious, clean and cozy. They pay attention to every single detail and every service is beyond expectation. Excellent.

The room is very nice and roomie. We had one night with a 3 people room and one night with a 2 people room. The 3 people room have it own private hot springs. The food is very nice and the staff are very friendly. Highly recommend if you are planning for a family hot springs gathering.

We were there in June for 2 nights. It has beautiful scenery from both the room as well as the lounge area. The food is also one of the best kaiseki we have experienced. we had a rental car so it was convenient to drive to Yufuinn town as well as nearby sigh seeing spots

The private in-room hot spring and rooms are actually smaller than shown in the photos, but the public hot spring and rest are just fabulous. Love their bath products. Staffs are very nice and professional.

They have great rooms with a modern Japanese vibe. I stayed in the 2nd biggest room and the onsen was huge. They also have a face steamer.They have a decently sized garden at the balcony as well. The food is great.

Simply the best 温泉旅館 I have ever experienced. My wife and i enjoyed a lot. The level of service is amazing, and most of all, the details of facilities and caring people really touched my mind. The room charge is expensive but worth it. Very quiet and relaxing. i will come back in another season. Highly recommended. Rm505 was fantastic.

Hotel is ok. Says it’s 4 stars on Google but should be 3 star. The staff at front desk are helpful. But for a hotel which says it’s redone the works after a earthquake it’s not possible. We have a room with private onsen in the room and the room decor is very outdated compared to others I’ve been to. The bathroom has a tatami but smells sooooo bad. The rooms are spacious but the old decor and smell is a real turn off. The public onsen is ok and breakfast and dinner portions are just right. There is no drinks apart from 2 water in the fridge but nothing else as there is a vending machine to purchase drinks outside the public onsen baths. There is parking available on site but you have to park the car yourself. Selection of kimonos isn’t vast with the colours very limited. Ok experience to pack all your things into your suitcase ready to go to the airport but that’s it

Man, this hotel is very nice the service are 21/10 very good, the food of this hotel is very very nice and well cooked, and the hotel room is really big and comfortable. So that's why I rate is 5 stars
