Visited the place for the first time with 3 and 7 years old kids! The very amazing place that was very interesting both both kids. It provides a very unique space understanding opportunity for children and finally there much fun to enjoy and just spend a time. The facility is not very big but make sure your kids will be busy for at least 2-3 hours. The only recommendation would like to do is to book science activity lesson in advance. It is not possible to get it on the spot. This will definitely be a very useful experience for the kids older than 5/6 years old. There is not big parking lot so if you decide to go by car the earlier visit is recommended.

My kids (3 and 5) had a blast. Imax theater /planetarium, science demonstrations, physical activities, craft room... non stop fun for hours. It gets pretty crowded, but there is enough for everyone to do that there weren't long waits for anything. Easy to get to and prices are very reasonable. My only disappointment was the cafeteria.

Very interactive for kids. It's great that they have so much to offer for kids to use, experience and learn from by actually seeing it in action. I've been with my family a few times and just a coupl of hours will do. Not sure if someone could spend an entire day there without getting repetitive and boring for kids.

The exhibitions are amazing. Staff members are extremely kind. The activities they offer for kids to enjoy were awesome. My son and daughter love this place.

I recommend 45 min movie show with Pokémon. Big space for age 5 under and clean.

This was a great space for younger and older kids. There are lots of interactive spaces and a huge play area that our kids loved. Many of the exhibits have signs in English as well which is really nice. There’s an eating area on an upper floor and a cafe on the first floor.

It's a fun place for my kindergarten kids. We spent a whole day there. There got toys, simulation machine, and indoor slide. Very close to train station. Good for raining day!

Couple of machines and areas were closed off for maintenance. Overall a great day out for the kids, 4 hours is enough. Great for rainy days as it’s only a 5 minute walk from Yokodai station. Couple of other attractions in the surrounding park. food is cheap in the cafe. 300¥~500¥ Per meal. My twins are 4 years old so they got in for free. Just had to pay for myself. 400¥. We took the planetarium tickets 1200¥ in total and my kids wanted to leave halfway through but stayed to the end and like it but not their favourite. But defo a 5 star attractions based on the number of interactive exhibits.

A really fun place for kids, the tickets are only 400yen and lots to do and see. The only thing we didn't like was a lot of school trips before noon and they take over all the spaces. Better to visit in the afternoon.

Great place to introduce kids to physics, fun for adults too. The planetarium should have a program just for space though..not just Pokémon

Interesting even for adults. But it doesn't take long to go through all.

The place for play and learning about physics is pretty good. There are many physics related play areas and games. In that respect, this place is really nice. There is a little park next door as well; as well as a super market to get lunch for a picnic. The cost isn't too bad. Parking is not cheap, but it's not far from the station as well. The planetarium is a complete bomb. It's the worst. There is a giant emphasis on Pokemon.... It made me feel dumber for watching it. I know that is a trope, but I really felt it. Then there is a constellation thing. It's so boring; so pointless. The facility is completely wasted on poor programming. It could be amazing, even educational. As is however, just enjoy the science physics games. It's not amazing, but it's good fun for little kids. Three stars seems generous considering my disappointment. But overall, okay.

Best for children to not only learning about the space and science but also user your body physically because they also have space theme athletics.

Lots to do for a small fee, this was a great place for rainy day fun. Would probably be most appealing to early elementary school kids, but our preschoolers had a blast. There’s a small cafe inside.

Good place to bring child above 5

Not bad, but a lot of attractions were closed. The cinema showed a movie about constellations, which to me may be the most boring part of astronomy (note: I'm not trying to navigate the seven seas)
