I think there is an imbalance between the demand and supply of nurses. I felt that the quality of nurses was poor, perhaps because there were too many nurses, and if there were too few, I felt sorry for the nurses who were forced to work late at night, and patients had to endure a lot while in the hospital, so something should be done about the quality of nurses. I think it's good. I came here for foot treatment, but I couldn't receive any special care, and I didn't know how to use the nurses, so I was in trouble.

(Translated by Google) I made insoles for my feet and visited about three times. There is no choice but to wait even if you make a reservation, The teacher's affection is too lacking... It seems that the other department was in charge of my foot problem, and the teacher who saw it said something like, "What is this? It has nothing to do with us." After that, I made an appointment with a dermatologist at the same hospital, but I felt uneasy because I didn't have to say that. I felt the pressure. Even after being called to the room, you have to wait and talk about the shift during that time? I was also worried about talking fluently with the nurses in front of me. The nurse took care of me and apologized several times, so it was still good. It's a shame that I still have to go there for a while. I went there for the first time after receiving the COVID-19 vaccine. The entrance to the hospital will be on the right-hand side of the two-car parking space, and the one closest to Kitazawa Town Hall will be the side entrance for staff. I think the vaccination reservation site says ``13:00 to 14:00,'' but this means that ``hospitals will start accepting applications from 13:00,'' so please go before that at around 12:50. However, it is not accepted. First, you will need to issue and receive a "reception order ticket" and wait in the waiting room for the reception start time. When it was your turn, you handed the vaccination questionnaire and identification card (driver's license, etc.) to the receptionist, had it checked, and if it was OK, you were handed a clear file with the questionnaire and asked to put it in the mailbox on the second floor. Please do so.” This second floor is the vaccination venue, and there is a mailbox on the wall between the entrance to consultation room No. 5 and the entrance to the X-ray room (you don't have to post it, just leave it there), and after putting in the clear file mentioned above, there is a call button. When you press the button, a nurse will appear out of nowhere and take away your clear file, and you will be waiting for your vaccination. At this time, I think it's a good idea to dress in a way that makes it easier to receive the injection (such as taking off your jacket). Those who were waiting to receive the vaccination were announced and called to the examination room, and after being interviewed by the doctor, they were given the vaccination, and then the clear file containing the previous medical questionnaire was returned to them, and they had to wait for 15 minutes. After that, you can hand it over to the reception on the first floor, and a copy of the medical questionnaire will be returned to you along with the vaccination completion form. The flow of the new coronavirus vaccination at this hospital is roughly like this.

Rude. Rude. Rude. Incompetent. Zero communication between doctors. I went in for 2 things after waiting one month for my appointment: plantar fasciitis and a callus on the sole of my foot. I was asked by 4 different people if I can speak Japanese, understand Japanese, and even though I said I did 4 times in a row, the attending doctor asked me another 4 times. Then I was told I needed to get insoles made. I was given a tablet and told to watch a 3-minute video, then asked to pay ¥50,000. No explanation from a human being, just a video on a tablet. The nurse had forgotten to make an appointment for the callus, so I had to come back one month later. This time the doctor said the insole would heal my callus. Another month later it had only gotten worse. After a total of 3 months in utter pain the 3rd doctor I saw in as many consultations didn’t even know what I was there for, hadn’t read my file, wasn’t even sure if it was a callus or a wart. I was under the impression he had just graduated from med school and was still learning the ropes. It seems small hospitals in Japan are not worth neither the patient’s time nor money. Fortunately, the insole expert knows his job, is competent and I am happy with the work he did. But I won’t be back.

(Translated by Google) The ulcer on the sole of my husband's foot did not improve easily, so I asked a dermatologist who went to the hospital to write a letter of introduction. I managed to make a reservation for the day (the telephone response to the reservation was also very polite and kind and relieved), and the medical examination was explained in a very easy-to-understand manner. I was out, but I was so happy that I cried! I will continue to pass, although it is a little far away.

(Translated by Google) There is no point in making a reservation. The waiting time always exceeds 1 hour. I don't know because the nurse isn't always near the waiting room even if I'm worried about waiting time and want to hear. The overhang of the waiting time is not written. You cannot take a shower while you are in the hospital due to equipment failure. The equipment is not well equipped. I don't want to see you anymore (Original)

Type 1 Diabetic in Japan myself. The wait times may be long from time to time, but the staff is kind and service is as you should expect from any hospital.

(Translated by Google) It was a few years ago, but there was no review site like this, so it's been a while, but I'll write it. At that time, I had a swollen throat and had to do some work the next day. Therefore, I went to this hospital and told the doctor in charge about it, and I asked him to give me an antibiotic because it would be bad for me to have a fever. I didn't get it. I hurriedly went to another pharyngologist, got antibiotics, and was fine. (Or rather, she was the only doctor before and after that who didn't give me antibiotics for that symptom.) The problem is that the treatment policy is not consistent even though it is the same hospital. Until then, when I had a sore throat many times, I went to this hospital and was prescribed antibiotics. However, at that time, due to the policy of the female doctor who happened to be in charge, the medicine was not given. It's fine if it's a clinic opened only by that female doctor, and until then, there's no problem if this hospital consistently follows that policy (not recklessly issuing antibiotics). However, it is strange that the prescription changes from doctor to doctor based on the same symptoms and diagnosis, even though I have been going there many times. There are some things that are especially urgent. From now on, it will be an emotional theory, but I think that the female doctor passed her prescription "I will not give antibiotics" rather than my tight situation. Anyway, I thought that the hospital did not consider the patient's circumstances, so I lost all medical checkups that I had received up to that point and cut off the relationship. If it seems that the same policy is still used for ad hoc treatment, the patient should go with that intention. Depending on the case, I think that it may be really troublesome, so I think that it has been widely recognized.

Unlike other reviewers, we found the service to be very friendly and prompt. The facilities are relatively new and well-maintained and the location of the hospital (5 min walk from Shimokita Station) is very convenient.

I heard from a patient who seems to be a regular patient that nurses are replaced rather quickly, so that's just how that person feels. As for everyone's reviews, there are many things that I agree with. Both good and bad. The hospital room I was in was one where the windows didn't open, and it was in the back, so the smell was stuck in there, so I used deodorant, and when patients were discharged from the hospital, I even had to move the bed to clean the area around it. I didn't do it because it was so small... and because there were so many patients... There were no public telephones. I can't contact my family. The discharge time is usually 10am, so if you have family members coming from far away, you should either stay the night the night before or talk to them about it. The person in charge of rehabilitation (trainee?) changed frequently, and I felt uneasy because the method of massage was different, the wound was accidentally pressed during stretching, and the equipment used was different. The physical therapist was in charge directly. I also enjoyed the massage I received. After being discharged from the hospital, I was worried because I hardly had to go to rehabilitation clinics. I feel like it takes more than 30 minutes to wait for the check, I don't know in the evening. Regarding the equipment, the TV remote control is out of order. The built-in refrigerator doesn't get colder than a household refrigerator, and can only hold 4 to 5 500ml PET bottles? . There are no shops, only drink vending machines. The washing machine and dryer/dryer are weak, so I can't actually wash my clothes, and I can't even hang them outside to dry. Depending on the time of day, there may be traffic jams at the toilets. As others have said, even though the rooms are the same price, the sizes of the rooms are different, some rooms are cramped, some rooms are small, some windows don't open, some rooms have room for a wheelchair, some rooms don't, etc., so if you feel uneasy. Private room. There are people at the reception desk who are not very responsive. When I called several times, there were some people who were clearly not responding well.I don't know if it was the same person, but my family was worried about me.It's a waste when there are wonderful treatment staff.

My family was admitted to this hospital for foot surgery. Visitation during hospitalization was severely restricted, so I was having a hard time visiting him, but the hospital informed me that I had contracted the coronavirus within the hospital. There was no explanation about the route of infection, etc., and I was simply told over the phone that I would be moved to a private room to see how I was doing.Even though I asked for detailed information about my elderly family member who was hospitalized, I could not hear much about it, and was told that it was necessary. Several times, I handed over my clothes to the nurses and took the dirty items home. Once, I had some free time so I contacted the hospital to ask them to pick up the dirty items. The next day I went to pick them up, the hospital called me and said, ``Please come and pick up the dirty items as they have accumulated.'' Something happened. Although I have informed the hospital that my home is not close to the hospital and I have a small child and cannot go to the hospital unless I find a place to leave them, I wonder if the communication between the staff is not going well...The nurses' response. However, there were very few nurses who were polite enough to take care of me, and most of the nurses were unpleasant whether it was on the phone or in person. I was wondering what the hospitalization costs would be if I contracted coronavirus due to a nosocomial infection and had to stay in the hospital for a long time, so I said I would like to know the hospitalization costs because I don't mind a rough estimate, but after more than two weeks, there was no response. During that time, no matter how many times I urged them, they still didn't tell me how the office staff was functioning. . . I would like it to be improved.

Even though they said they were open for business on the phone. When I went there, I was told that the doctor was closed in the morning. I had a high fever and it was difficult to even walk. Despite calling in advance, I felt like I was rejected on the spot. It is important to make clear when and which departments are offering classes, including the reservation system and website. Patients come to your office more desperate than you think. As a medical institution, they lack a sense of responsibility.

I was hospitalized for 5 days for surgery for bunions on both feet. This was a decision that I had been thinking about for many years. First of all, I felt that my doctor and other doctors were truly specialists. Also, the staff were really kind and I'm really glad I chose this hospital. I have high cholesterol, so the meals were small in quantity and bland in taste, but they were delicious. Don't you think it's amazing that you were discharged from the hospital in 5 days after having surgery on both legs? What's more, when I left the hospital, I walked out of the hospital wearing special sandals. Some of my acquaintances have had bunion surgery, but all of them have been hospitalized for more than a week. This hospital has been introduced on TV and seems to have patients from all over Japan. So I guess I'm really busy. I am very satisfied with everything including the examination, hospitalization, and reception. Thank you for your continued support until I am completely healed.

Although it was my first visit, I was treated with great care by the doctors and nurses. I made an appointment for the next appointment, but my symptoms had improved, so I called to cancel, but no matter what time I called, I couldn't get through even though I tried calling for more than 5 minutes. I'm sorry. The reception process can be difficult to understand for first-timers, so it would have been nice if the instructions had been presented in an easy-to-understand manner.
